Questionable service.. They were great when they were placed both my batteries due to my faulty lemon Jeep, but I called one week ahead of time because my air conditioner was not working and the day that I took my car in informed me at the end of the day that they didn't do it and the excuse was "our A/C fixing machine is broken today " like a McFlurry machine or something...

Have my truck over 2 months!!!! Call the service number and no one answers for 2 weeks!!! Left messages to Cassidy the manager who promised me the world. Haven't heard from my service advisor for 3 weeks and they told me he is no longer with the company...I have never in my life had such a negative experience...they are so unprofessional...place is from the 70's , total incompetence from the techs to the management...if you even inquire about this place you are going to be sorry. Everytime I call which is 3x everyday, no return calls. They don't even have the common courtesy to call the customer back...who runs a service business and dontvanswer the phone for 3 weeks...gotta be honest, worst establishment I ever stepped foot in. So disappointed I brought my vehicle here, looks like I will have to contact a lawyer at this point.....crazy!!!!! STAY AWAY

Excellent, fast service! I brought my jeep in because the start stop function stopped working. The mechanic Peter took the time to explain to me how the battery worked and why I had to replace it. Googling it and reading about these things doesn't help much. Luckily the part was covered. Everyone was very nice. I'll go here from now on. Kristen

Just received my vehicle back that's covered under MAXICARE by Mopar and they wouldn't honor it . Charged me an hour labor for loose contact. Told me they are privately owned dealership and to take the bill to the dealership where I bought the car. Corporate Dodge complain department informed and case filed . Wish I could give 0 stars.

Posting on behalf of a relative...
This is the second time I brought my business van here. They have lied about the cost of repairs both times.
The first time the estimate was approximately $5,000 and I was charged $7,200; they claimed they had explained this additional charge to me - but they had not. They told me the original estimate was only for part of the repair (WHY... why would they give a partial estimate AND not make that crystal clear??). They did not have my permission to make additional repairs beyond what we had discussed, yet they did it anyway without notifying me and then charged me over $2,200 more than the original estimate… again, without telling me they would be doing so.
The second time, I brought my van here only because my normal mechanic couldn't fix the transmission. They told me to hook it up to the diagnostics would be $200. They neglected to mention that it's $200 an HOUR. Now I have a bill for over $450. They also claimed that I needed repairs for front breaks and an oil leak (which came to an estimate of $8,900). After having towed the truck somewhere else to have the van looked at, the second opinion place informed me I did not need either of these two extra repairs done. The new place did the full repair for almost $3,000 less than here.
Not to mention it took them nearly 5 days to tell me this false information — which caused me to lose out on 5 business days of operation.
They are huge rip off artists here. They are misleading and dishonest. Avoid them at all costs.

BUYER BEWARE!! Huntington Jeep is a train wreck. They will woo you to buy a car, these cars have a lot of issues, they do not have the service infrastructure and you will live a nightmare. Shop elsewhere!!

This place is a disgrace. Totally incompetent. Started off by making a mistake and booking an appointment here early December to have my USB port and software on computer screen checked out.
After dropping my Jeep off in the morning and then finding out 10 minutes before they were closing they actually had no time to even look at the vehicle. So now I had to race up there as they were closing to get my vehicle since I couldn’t have them keep it overnight when I was told they would be able to look at it through the afternoon.
The way I had received my car was an absolute disgrace . Dashboard was hanging out of the middle of the car, the hood wasnt closed and tools were in and on top of my Jeep. After speaking with Sean, the manager the next day, he assured me that they were just short staffed and was seemed truly sorry. He had also let me know that the part I needed, which I was told, was covered under my warranty, was ordered, and he would give me a call in the next few days when it was about to come in. That alone was a horrible situation. I must’ve called about 4-5 times during the month of December asking Sean where the part was and he kept assuring me it was on back order but it was coming after I was told numerous dates of when it was to arrive and never did .
Long story short around Christmas I was able to make an appointment for January 8.
This morning I brought the car in, got everything ready to go and as I am filling out my paperwork I am now told that the part is not covered under warranty ,that it is actually $900. Sean let me know that the mechanic who told me that (which it was also him as well) was mistaken and he was actually fired after the incident six weeks ago about what happened with putting my car back together that he was not competent. After much back-and-forth, Sean just kept saying that it was a mistake that now the part is not covered under the warranty and pretty much that was all that he could do to assist in this problem.
We had spoken on the phone numerous times in December and he never felt the need to maybe look into pricing in the six weeks of making me wait. Absolutely zero sympathy from this whole company. They are completely incompetent and now I would label them a dangerous dealership to even bring a vehicle to. I would not suggest anyone coming here when there are a million other vehicles and vehicle dealerships on Long Island.

It took a lot to leave a 1 Star review, but after numerous issues I have had it with this location. Absolute lack of respect by the service, without reason, and such unreliable service, it makes me cringe every time I have to drop off the car there. No promised call backs from management either when things go wrong to help figure out what's next. But the apparent lack of respect and how they talk to you when they keep making mistakes is what is really wrong with this place.

Zero stars should be an option. The absolute worst service I have ever received. Made an appointment and dropped my car off for a recall (appt time set for 9:30am) I had mentioned that the sensor in my seatbelt buckle was also not working- and I had asked to get an estimate to replace the buckle. I called to confirm they received my car as I had dropped it off before they opened, and asked they please call me with pricing before anything is done. The woman assured me on the phone nothing will get charged without approval. Not only did they NOT get to my car in that working day (took a day and a half to get my car back)- but they had the audacity to quote me $695 to replace the buckle, $600 for an air cabin filter replacement and $900 for a differential fluid change. I asked them to only proceed with the recall. The service manager mentioned there would be a $229 charge for the "diagnosis" of the seat buckle which is absolutely absurd as I had told them what was wrong, and was not informed of the charge prior to the "diagnosis" being completed. Employees here are unprofessional and rude, and you will need to call them several times for updates on your vehicle. If I did not call to follow up, they probably wouldn't have even informed me that the car was not completed as scheduled and would be serviced the following day. Save yourself the headache and the money and go literally anywhere else.

Went in to have my car checked for an exhaust leak. I told him where it was and I asked if it was covered by the warranty. I find out seven hours later, that it’s not covered by the warranty, then they tell me I have a $230 bill to diagnose the car. if it took a mechanic more than 30 seconds to diagnose the exhaust leak you shouldn’t be a mechanic. Now he comes to lie. The lady told me that 98% of exhaust is not covered, and she said she told me this. I would’ve drove straight out the door if I was informed of this . If you’ve ever been robbed or cheated out of money well it just happened to me. What a disgrace. Was going to be looking for a new truck probably sometime next year. I know where I’m not going.

In the past, my experiences with Huntington Jeep were satisfactory. And I gave them reviews accordingly. However these past several days have been frustrating. My vehicle broke down and I needed an appointment. The earliest was 3 weeks out. Totally unacceptable. The vehicle was not safe to be driven. Loaners were not available to several months later. I reached out to the Service ManagerJohn Beyers, who after my several attempts NEVER got back to me. I did make an appointment for the 3rd week of October, however when I called today there was no record of it whatsoever. I have been calling all day with no answers, no help. They are TOTALLY INCOMPETANT, no one knows what is going on. I will contact Corporate.

What a joke this place is, made an appointment to have my truck looked at, took a week and a half to get it in there, they told me my appointment was at 8:30 on a Thursday drop my truck off the night before, called Thursday afternoon to check on my truck was told they were busy and my truck was the next one in, didn’t hear anything for the rest of the day, and nothing on Friday. I called to check on my truck on Friday afternoon and was told they did not get to it yet because they are doing some construction in the shop.. and won’t be able to look at it till Monday.. so basically she lied to me on Thursday telling me my truck was the next one in that day. What a waste of time, what’s the sense of even taking my truck in for an appointment when they knew they weren’t going to be able to look at it.Nothing but a waste of my time for two days
