What a joke this place is, made an appointment to have my truck looked at, took a week and a half to get it in there, they told me my appointment was at 8:30 on a Thursday drop my truck off the night before, called Thursday afternoon to check on my truck was told they were busy and my truck was the next one in, didn’t hear anything for the rest of the day, and nothing on Friday. I called to check on my truck on Friday afternoon and was told they did not get to it yet because they are doing some construction in the shop.. and won’t be able to look at it till Monday.. so basically she lied to me on Thursday telling me my truck was the next one in that day. What a waste of time, what’s the sense of even taking my truck in for an appointment when they knew they weren’t going to be able to look at it.Nothing but a waste of my time for two days

This is the worst service I've ever gotten in history. Dropped my car off 5 days ago at my appointment time and I still haven't been called back about it. I call about 9-10 times a day and either nobody answers or they say the technician will call me back. Stay away from this location, they are never there and don't care about anything. Trash.

My car left the shop and the check engine light came on and has been on after 2 back to back service repairs. They charged me for warranty repairs and the car is still in need of repairs. I feel like they are just up changing me. Poor customer service. They never reported the engine repairs to car fax. Very suspicious.

Very bad experience I called to made an appointment and they told me there were no appointments available until 2 weeks so I make the app 9:30 Am for oil change and the suspension check . after I wait those weeks I dropped my truck off at 8 am no message no call I decided to text for a update, around 4:30 Pm and they told me my truck still not in yet and maybe will take couple days, I text back I’m on my way to get my truck and his answer was I’ll have your key ready for you really no apologies, I think is insane the costumer service there.

I needed a big job done on my Jeep Wrangler and was preparing myself to have to call service everyday to try to get info on the status of the job.Mike Pastore was my service advisor and he was honest with me from day one in regards to how long the job would take PLUS he actually called or texted me once, sometimes twice a day to update me on the job!!!! I have never had anyone in the past update me or be so communicative throughout the process. Mike helped this to be a stress-free process for me. AND he contacted me a few days after I picked up the car to make sure everything was okay. He's the best and if I need work again, I'll definitely go back to him.

I went to the Commack shop on Monday to replace my tires. As soon as I got there Michael in service assisted me and answered all of my questions. I had a dent in my bumper and it was interfering with the new tires and it would not be able to drive. Immediately, Will (I believe he manages the service guys) , checked out the problem and spoke with the young man working on my car to find a solution so I can drive my truck home. Brian, who works in the parts dept, looked to see if he could get me a replacement bumper. He discussed options with me and I was able to find a very affordable replacement. I need to add he found the replacement while I was waiting for my car to be completed. This review is not based on a one off experience. I had to go back today to get my bumper replaced and they were just as patient and accommodating today as they were yesterday. These men are indivually professional, patient and knowledgeable but as a team they are simply awesome!!

I bought my Jeep from this dealership about 3 and a half years ago. No complaints at all with the car & how it runs. However, the front of my hood started to form rust bubbles in June of 2020. I brought my car to the dealership to see if they can fix this issue since the car was just over 3 years old and should not be forming rust bubbles. I spoke to a manager named Mike who informed me that this issue is only covered under the basic warranty (3 years) and NOT the corrosion warranty (5 years) which made no sense to me. My basic warranty had just ran out so he informed me that they can recommend a body shop to get the work done, but I would need to pay. A few months later I brought my car into the Security Dodge dealership in Amityville for a recall & showed them the rust bubbles on the hood of my car. A manager there told me that they see this all the time and it wouldn't be a problem to fix. I dropped my car off on Monday & had the car back by Thursday completely fixed with no charge since it is covered under the corrosion warranty. Safe to say Security Dodge in Amityville will have my business moving forward just from their customer service alone & not Huntington Dodge.

Always great service at Huntington dodge/jeep. The one across from home depot on Jericho tpke. After regular service was done on my jeep compass, there was a clicking noise that I had heard for months in the back. described the noise and Mike knew exactly where to look and found it!!! Will always stick with them!! Thank you!!

Have always had problems at Dodge . Actually ordered a hose for my car, wrong one was sent. While Tech checked for part, was found that part is no longer available has been discontinued. All auto parts store say it's a dealer item. How do you just stop making a part and not put in an upgrade. Bad business and no one has a answer.?☹️☹️?
