I trusted this place to repair my phone; I only needed the screen glass replaced, but they damaged the phone and didn't take responsibility. They left me without a phone for a month, and they also refused to give me my money back. I lost my photos, emails, videos, home security camera footage—everything that I had on my phone. If they damage your phone, they won't take responsibility. I lost money, time, and work because I trusted this place.

come! Dropped off my computer for a broken screen paid $325 to get parts shipped from China, they said that they had to replace bunch of parts inside th computer even though it was just a broken screen. As well as I was told I would get updates and text messages about where the parts were and how long it would take. never got anything. called two times and they had no clue where my computer was. I called one more time about two weeks after I dropped it off and they said that my computer has been done for days and then I could come pick it up the next day at anytime past 10 AM. I said OK I came at about 5 o’clock when the store closes at seven nobody was there. The door was locked and the phone was not answered after I called twice. Came to pick it up finally the next day after waiting over two weeks to get my computer fixed and spending over $300. The staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful. Do not go to I fix screens.
UPDATE: after one day of using the computer my mousepad is completely broken. Now I have to go back to get that fixed. Let’s hope I don’t. Have to wait another two weeks…

Had a cracked screen replaced a few weeks ago for $100. Worked fine for a few weeks and then the new screen just fell off. Didn’t drop it or damage it in any way but it just completely came off. Took it back and now they want $180 to fix it. Avoid this place!!!!!!!!

Been coming here forever for all my phone/tablet issues like when I drop my phone and crack my screen too often. The nice lady who runs this place for years is a pleasure. She has great prices and is so quick and efficient. When you get your device back it will look brand new. Always fixes the problem seamlessly. They also have cases and screen protectors for your convenience. Highly recommend!

Do not go here they fixed my iPhone 15 screen quality of the display is not good but now it lags doesn’t not respond when you touch it freezes always and kills the battery has to charge it 10 times a day now I need to get a new phone DO NOT CHANGE YOUR SCREEN HERE waste of money doesn’t work good don’t do it go to apple you will have more issues if they “fix it”
