Not impressed with this store, sadly. Hate to give a bad review to one of the few brick and mortars, but they need to step up their game. The line to return something was the same as to pay, and was horrendous. Went on the self service line to pay for a different item. No one there to help some people next to me who were having trouble.

I would give 0 stars if I could ! The front associates refused to help us find the right size for a shoe but were very helpful to all the Spanish speakers that came in. The only nice associate they have in the front is Michelle she was so nice and helpful unlike the other two wastes of space “working “ with her . Michelle not only helped us find the product in the right size she even helped my mom get back into her kohls app. When we finally finished she asked one of those nasty witches that work with her if they had any kohls cash the only response she was given was I don’t know. Michelle if this is the garbage you have to work with get out of that store they don’t deserve you. If you are white or don’t speak Spanish then you might want to shop somewhere else since most of the front associates in kohls Commack made sure we felt unwanted and I welcomed , with the obvious exception of Michelle. I will be calling corporate to complain.

Grabbed clearance t-shirts,sneakers shorts,cologne. Sales girl in cologne department was very professional. Kind of tiny.but very polite and helpful with my veterans discount! ?

Alot of sales. Love shopping there. Big parkinglot. Wheel chair access. ♿️ clothes for everyone. Shoe sections with clearances and staff are friendly and helpfull.

I have been a long time customer for over 20 years and the appeal of having a Kohl’s credit card or being a Kohl’s customer will be coming to an end soon either by me no longer shopping there or buy them going out of business. Their coupons are worthless because you can’t use them on a majority of items, there is a lack of employees to help out or even check people out, the place is messy, you can never find your size because the shelves are always empty etc… Very sad because at one point this store was the go to place for all your shopping needs but I guess all good things must come to an end.
