Very helpful customer service. They tried to help me change an old O ring. Suggested I order chlorinator top online because none available locally. They didn’t try to talk me into buying a whole unit. Very helpful staff

Water test was done with dip strips. Store was out of discs that the computer reads. Had I known I could have skipped the trip and done the same test at home.
