This store location is consistently organized with beautiful merchandise and well-staffed with extremely professional associates. Tess is exceptional and she assisted me with all aspects of my jewelry purchases today.

There is a reason why this store is so low rated. First the prices and quality of the clothing is serious lacking. The salespeople are snotty and can't seem to be bothered. I had to return items today and was told I had to remove all the items packed from the bags and throw out the bags myself. I found this strange. I've been here numerous times and have been disappointed. This was the last time for me.

The only reason I'm giving the store one star is because my mother likes their clothing. I can take or leave the clothing but perhaps what I can leave most of all is the attitude. My two main points of contention are the fact that I've been in the store multiple times and as of late my mother and I are never greeted and told about promotions. Every subsequent person or group is addressed. Additionally my mother is walking with a cane post knee surgery. An employee who was not working in the area before we got there actually came and stood in the easiest pathway for my mother to get out of the section versus moving for her. My mother had to walk around the associate who interestingly moved once we were done. That is not acceptable. In another part of the store an employee was literally breathing over our shoulders and staring at us while we were shopping. If the goal is to make shoppers feel unwelcome then you can consider yourself accomplished. While I can't speak for my mother, I will never shop in this store again.
