Go down the block to bp. I had gotten an ac check where i was told i only needed the frion. But they wanted too much. I came to this place only wanted a fraction of the cost. Then tried to tell me my AC compressor was broken.
I went down the block less than an hour later the gentkrma at bp had me drive the car into the port. I watched them check and see the freon was never added. I literally sat in my car pushing the gas to charge it. And now my ac works and the compressor is fine.
He refund my card
real quick for someone telling me he did it and called me crazy for thinking he was scamming me.

I appreciate Jacob's upfrontness and honesty, and would definitley recommend Midas to people in need of good a good mechanic.
A/C wasn't working and car needed some other work. Jacob got me in right away and was able to explain and show me everything that needed to be done. He also gave me some things to keep an eye on that may need to be done later, but didn't make me feel any pressure about doing. Another car needed an inspection and he was also able to get that done super quick.
Midas is my go-to spot for any car work I need done.

I’ve been going to this Midas location for over 5 years. At first it was due to convenience from the office, but once I was there it was the customer service that keeps me going back.
They are honest and have great communication. As a female sometimes this industry can be tricky, but I have full confidence when I bring my car here.
I recommend everyone to bring their car here!

Midas of Commack is an excellent shop for all car repairs. Ive been going there about 3 years and am very happy with all the work that I’ve had done on both my cars. Singh is terrific and will take care of everything you need. Highly recommended!

I was having an issue with my car, the manager there named Singh was very helpful and patient with the entire process, his mechanic fixed the problem after I took the car there a couple of times. I was going to many different outlets I was fortunate to find this auto repair shop. Thanks again for all of your time and effort.

Midas on Jericho tpk in Commack is great. They attend to your needs with your car. Very caring and friendly people. If you have a problem with your car when it’s done, you bring it back and they fix it

This was my first visit. Singh was wonderful he took my car on a Saturday and had it done the same day. He gave me options, his price was very fair and gave great advise to keep my old car running smoothly. Will be returning in the near future for a tune up and a radiator flush.

My experience was good - they gave me an option to make a quick fix on an old car and it held up - this saved me from making a larger investment in a vehicle I haven’t decided if I want to keep !

This is my go to place when ever I need any thing done with my car. Mr Singh is so polite, honest and fair. He has taken my car as an emergency on my lunch break and took care of what needed to be done in a very timely manner. I recommend going to him for all your auto needs.
