“I was very happy with my experience here. I was initially greeted by Lani A. who was very kind and friendly. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time and I was still helped very quickly didn’t expect it. Lani suggested I rotate my tires and that was helpful. The techs Ryan R & Moyton A were very quickly with their work in changing my 2 tires and rotating . I was out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much guys. Much appreciated for what you do !”
“Rav and all his employees have been the best in repairing my 2003 Envoy and 1998 Chrysler . My Envoy had the check engine light on and other mechanics could not figure out the problem until I took it to Rav’s.
They are reliable fast and Efficient in automotive repairs.
Recently my daughter purchased a used 2013 mercury 300 it looks brand new gorgeous as a matter of fact. He checked out the entire car even put it on the lift to make sure everything was good and oil changed and detailed I have attached the photos.

“Do honest mechanics exist? Based on my previous experience I doubted it. But likely (against all odds) I managed to find one and can't help sharing my story. I was looking some local shop to bring my car over. I had no idea of nature of the problem (some weird noise) and was prepared to do my best refusing long list of expensive repairs. But (what a pleasant surprise) it was nothing like it. “Great Bear may have proved that first impressions matter. Upon an unexpected car trouble, we urgently needed someone to take a look at our vehicle for diagnostics. After unsuccessful visits to two nearby shops, where I wouldn't have felt completely confident or comfortable leaving our car overnight anyway, we came to Great Bear, which was our first pick but farther from where we were than the other two shops. Little more than one hour later, hearing them casually say "you guys are all set" was the best thing that happened to me all day. It looks like they didn't overcharge, either, and I was glad to hear what they said happened to the car and what was done to address it, and pay whatever they charged. They have a 'presentable' waiting room that was actually comfortable to sit in, and the shop front was near and free of any signs of chaos, unlike the other two shops. I hope they stay open and be helpful for a very long time.”

I own a 2006 Freightliner 2500 Sprinter van. A lot of diesel mechanics would’ve charged me an arm and a leg especially because it can sometimes be some meticulous work! The owner/mechanic Greg is a really honest and reasonable mechanic that was able to fix multiple codes that had been coming up for almost 2 years and prevented my van from potential long term damage! Always coming to him from now on.”

“Open Monday to Saturday. No appointments are necessary. If you need something other than a oil change such as a tire rotation, you may want to visit at a peak time. They only offer synthetic oil which carries a premium charge (good for 6000 mi). They also offer a discount for the car wash located next door. There are magazines, a T.V., a vending machine and a coffee pot.”

“Huge Walmart! We don’t have mega Walmarts like this where I’m from it’s kind of like going to a mini mall it’s crazy they have everything. But the sad part is is that there’s no mom and Pop places around the Walmart. It looks like they kind of took over the entire town and probably killed a lot of the businesses when they moved in.?”
