Got exactly what I went in for, and got it at a good price.

Came in for an xl black polo and found other sizes except for extra large. Staff was unhelpful and said whatever you see is what we have so I chose gray instead. Upon ringing me up, the cashier asked 3 separate times if I wanted to sign up for the old navy card for 40% off. Quite annoying after the first time.

I was there yesterday and walked in to a worker yelling at another worker about the price of jeans in the men’s section. I was extremely uncomfortable and felt terrible for the worker who was being yelled at in front of tons of customers!!! I will not be returning to this location. I’m guessing that was the manager who mortified her employee.

You pay for what you get. the reason it's so cheap is because after 4 or 5 trips through the washing machine, the designs start to fade, and the threads begin to fray
