Outdoor masters did some work on the front & back of my house in hauppauge They planted some great privacy bushes in the front and added a beautiful backyard patio right in time for us to enjoy for the summer.Next we will be doing a backyard outdoor BBQ with cabinets and appliances.They even offered a FREE outdoor lighting kit to add to the bbq for late night entertaining.

These guys are excellent to work with……did a great job on my backyard - plantings lighting and patio…. would highly recommend ! will definitely use again for the front! It actually came out better than the 3d plan.

I needed a mason to fix some loose bricks in my backyard and noticed these guys were working over at a neighbor's house. Saw they had good Google reviews and gave them a call. Rob came by later that day to take a look at my issue, determined it wasn't a big deal, and sent a couple of his guys over the next morning to fix me right up. They did a great job. Pro all the way. Did Rob charge me? No, he did not. Not only did he make a customer for life, but I'm now a walking advertisement for them. You rarely see goodwill like that, these days. Thanks, Rob!! Appreciate ya!! Would highly recommend!

Rob and crew transformed my lakefront property into a 5 star resort. Every time I walk out onto my top deck overlooking the lagoon pool creating an infinity effect above the lake, I can't believe this is my home. The design makes a remarkable use of the space. Rob is great to work with and his crew is friendly, capable and reliable. Since the project was completed three seasons ago, he has returned to do finishing touches like additional garden lighting. Most recently, when I called about some pavers needing repair due to water erosion from a gutter, the problem was fixed the next day with no charge.I very highly recommend Outdoor Masters.

We enjoyed working with Pedro, Christian, and the rest of the team, who are reliable, incredibly professional, and dedicated to getting the job done without cutting corners. Pedro and Christian are true craftsmen. They did an excellent job! They always followed up, actively solved unforeseen hiccups, and worked to improve any situation we needed to change. They were an absolute joy to have here doing our patio.
Rob's quick responses and open communication channels gave us peace of mind when we had questions or concerns. Given the size of the job, we appreciate the consideration he gave to be as cost-effective as possible. OMG. What can i say. Rob and his crew did an amzing job. We installed a semi-in ground pool and wanted to spruce up the area around it with some brick work and landscaping. Rob's idea exceeded our expectations. His crew was polite, neat and craftsmen. Thanks

I have been a customer for 12 years. (Peviously called Splendor Landscaping) During this time I have spent tens of thousands of dollars and was always pleased with the work and found the costs reasonable. However, I tried contacting Rob in May and left a message with his office staff. The person who showed up to go over the work I wanted done, and work that should have been done, was not Rob. A project manager showed up and I told him I wanted to speak with Rob. Did not hear a thing. I again called the office and left a message. I was told Rob no longer does any of the work and he does not oversee the work; that's done by a project manager. So I called his cell and left a message. Still no response. Finally I sent him a letter. That was 3 weeks ago and still no response. Sad because over the years he had become a friend. To say I am very disappointed and annoyed, would be an understatement. Time to find a new company!!UPDATE There was a problem with miscommunication and the office staff. Shortly after posting the negative review, the situation was rectified and I never bothered to change the review. Rob continues to do exceptional work and has very reasonable prices. He goes above and beyond what you expect. Have patience when scheduling an appointment. He is very busy, and gives each customer his all. Hopefully the new office staff will do their job, so Rob can do his!!!

Rob and his team at Outdoor Masters can turn an empty lot into an oasis. The work they do and the effort they put into each job is incredible. If you truly love spending time outside, it would be a disservice to yourself and your family to not call Rob and see what he can do with your backyard space.

Excellent top notch experience. Rob and his team transformed my backyard from a blank landscape to a great place to be proud of. There were many different elements to it = a hand crafted firepit , BBQ Island , patio pavers , rock walkway , custom decking etc.. and Outdoor Masters delivered. Thank You

They did an excellent job! Called and got an estimate, and booked in a short time. They came and cleaned up my lawn and yard after the job was done, no mess and went beyond expectations. Very satisfied with the quality of the work and the staff

Rob and his team did our backyard patio, surrounding our pool as well. Outdoor Masters also did our landscaping, and we decided on turf for an area rather than grass. We cannot be happier with our beautiful outdoor space and look forward to adding even more down the road. From the beginning of the project to even now, communication has always been open and honest. Rob and Tina help you feel secure with the big decisions, and I trust they have our best interests at heart. I also recommended Rob to my brother, who is getting work done this spring by... Outdoor Masters. :)
