I bought a pair of glasses there a year and a half ago The premium reflective coating they recommend I had put on my lenses which I had to pay $129 for is pealing off the glasses I went to the store they said there is nothing they can do because I didn’t buy insurance! These glasses cost $1200.00 they shouldn’t look like crap after a year ! I was told I would have to buy new lenses which would cost me over $600.00 Very unhappy with lack of customer care!

CHECK YOUR RECIPE!!!!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I am a reoccurring customer who constantly comes back to be disrespected and bamboozled by the employees of this ridiculous establishment. I came in to add prescriptions onto frames I purchased and purchase another pair of contacts. When I came in before for glasses the sales associate added extra items to my leans that I NEVER APPROVED OF! Her response was that “I thought they would be good for you and we recommend them to our customers” I immediately got that charged removed due to not having any knowledge of this transaction. TODAY staff argued with me about the type of contacts I previously purchased and tried to give me contact lenses that I expressed was TOO THICK for my eyes ( literal eye condoms) for about $100. Finally when I was able to finally speak and point out which contacts I actually purchased my last visit from boxes of contacts that they were refusing to show me. I WAS REFUNDED $90 BACK ONTO MY CARD. When expressing that I would need a detailed invoice the elderly lady who assisted me had me wait AN HOUR FOR A INVOICE COPY AND SHOUTED “OH MY GOD” as if I was inconveniencing her. She spoke over me and the staff that played me the last visit continued to speak over me and DISREGARDED MY TROUBLES. Will go where I am respected as a customer and if could give 0 stars I would’ve

Positive: The young man who works there, has impressive customer service skills. Thank you for that.Negative: My first negative experience was this past summer when I called to have my prescription sent to me. I was told to please call again in a couple of days because the doctor was not in. A simple note on their calendar might have solved that problem, but I decided not to mention it and I called again a couple of days later. I was then told that my prescription would be ready for pickup (on a specific day). To my surprise, when I got there, they could not find it (two ladies searching several piles of papers in front of me). Not convenient, but I remained understanding. They offered to send it to me by email (oh, that was an option?!).My second negative experience happened today. I called first thing in the morning to ask if my glasses were ready. They checked with the optometrist and let me know that they would be ready at 5 pm. I let them know I would stop by at 5.15 pm. To my surprise, my glasses were not ready when I got there, and I was told that the optometrist "got caught up", and didn't have time to get them ready. "Unfortunately he has to leave now", I was told. They would be ready first thing Monday morning. (!!???). Unbelievable. First time writing a review, not to mention, a negative one, but that's how upset I am.

Pearle Vision has always been the best experience. I am happy with my contacts and glasses. Ask for Abby or Jasmin, they will definitely take care of you. You won't be disappointed.

Pearle Vision went out of their way to let me know they did not care about my perspective in this process. When I went in to speak with Dr Gina Minucci (because they told me I couldn’t get my prescription emailed to me) and described what had happened, she told me we were talking in circles and then asked which contact I wanted, before briskly leaving the room. I asked them if this was something we could handle over the phone, they told me no, I had to come in again. I spoke with her for less than 5 minutes, with no accountability on their end of how much they have inconvenienced me, no acknowledgment with how they prescribed me a brand without my consent, nothing. The one saving grace was Abby who works at the desk, who had apologized to me for the mishap. Other than that, the service here was non communicative, they do not take accountability for their errors and in general will not apologize or care for how they’ve inconvenienced you. Even when trying to vocalize my concerns to them in person, which id much rather do instead of writing a review, they still did not want to hear it. So I guess I’ll write my concerns on the survey they sent me and on public forums here warning people of the gross carelessness with which they choose to operate here. They want you to spend more money on the brands they promote (likely incentivized on their end), and will prescribe them to you without your permission. They told me they saw this as a solution to the dry eye problem I addressed. I said ok, but do you see it as okay, prescribing someone something without telling them you’re prescribing them that? There was ZERO communication on their end that they had chosen a brand of contacts for me. Why would I choose trial contacts for this new brand you so vehemently pushed on me, if I was already committing to said brand? Read the fine print and ask questions because you won’t know if they’ve pulled the rug over your eyes, until you realize something doesn’t line up. And it’s not something they will care to make you keen to either, because it’s clear they care more about their money than about your needs or concerns being heard or met. Get your eyes checked elsewhere, if you care about being treated like a human being.

Great choices for eyeglasses. Pricing all depends on your insurance for designer eyeglasses. The staff was very nice with picking out the right eyeglasses for you. This location is very small but great service. I also would suggest making an appointment.

Dr. Devore and Ross are fantastic individuals both in knowledge and professionalism. I've had pretty rough experiences in the past at other optometrists and I found the entire staff here to be extremely patient and helpful. Very grateful for these folks.

Fine experience with doctor. I paid full out of pocket and they still billed my insurance and took the benefit I was going to use elsewhere. Not worth the hassle. Go somewhere else.

The doctors are very nice, selection is good as well but the office is dated, exam rooms cramped and looks like the carpet has not been cleaned in years. Its just a turn off to spend that much money in a place that is not very comfortable or inviting. Even with insurance for 2 pairs of glasses I spent way too much. I have been going there for years but am disappointed in that it looks neglected and will look for a different provider in the future.
