My 12 lb dog's grooming took over 5 hours. I was on hold for 1.5 hours while at work trying to figure out what was going on. Never got a call that my pet was done and just showed up. Checkout staff were kind, but the grooming staff were not. There are other PetSmart's in the area that perform far better than this one--frustrating process overall!

I specifically asked them to brush my dog first so that the mats could be worked out, but they didn’t even try. Instead, they shaved him completely, even in areas that didn’t have any mats at all. Now, in this heat, his skin is exposed and getting sunburned. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this either — I really shouldn’t have brought him back here. Never again.

Took my dog to the grooming solon and they fully shaved him they didn’t even call me that they were going to shave him and the groomer had a attitude the groomer name is “tiffany m” do not recomend her

Extremely unprofessional and rude!
The first time I made an appointment here they told me it would take 2-3 hours and didn’t receive a call so on the 3rd hour I called and they said my dog would be ready in a half hour and they’d call me. They NEVER called me, my dog was waiting there for 5 hours in a cage!
Then I reluctantly made another appointment to get my dog groomed about a month later and when I came in for the appt, they refused my dogs service because he had a “scab” on his neck that was basically done healing along with calluses on his elbows. Don’t most dogs have elbows like this?! ??♀️ Then to make matters worse their MANAGER literally tried to insinuate I was abusing my dog because he was wearing an ecollar and while he was jumping and hyper from being in their salon, I had to use it while there (very gently btw as I know how use a damn ecollar on my dog we were taught by a trained professional) and the woman proceeds to say “don’t do that in front of me” as if I am aggressively abusing my dog! That’s highly offensive! She has zero clue about my dog, or our situation for her to assume I’m just some animal abuser because my 70lb hyperactive lab uses an ecollar ??♀️ Give me a break! That’s like an attack on my character as his “mother”! My dog is happy and has a beautiful life that we give him, this ignorant woman’s opinion means nothing to me, other than that this was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate! I find it funny the same people who had zero care that my dog was sitting in a cage for 5 hours all of a sudden has empathy for dogs wearing a safe, and effective ecollar (which has SAVED my dogs life in the past btw). I will not be going back to this store. The employees are all rude too, find a better place with better care!

My best friend biggie had a heat stroke and we were scared for his life called PetSmart veterinarian services because we used them before with my other puppy Lola and they were very good with her so we brought biggie and they where able to see him right away and helped him get back to his biggie self thank you very much we appreciate you guys staff is very helpful and attentive.

Customer service is ok. They don't have the $5.00 biggie bag . It's $5.55. Just watch out for that

I received the third room care... I thought it was strange that the last person who provided the care told me to take the child away just an hour after leaving the child in the care. I'm uploading it again because I think it was seriously overlooked. I paid a total of $105, including $15 to file my toenails. But my toenails weren't trimmed well, so they were sharp, and I roughly cut the hair on the soles of my feet, covering the soles of my feet. I had dandruff for the first time, and my ears were red, so I had to go to the hospital. When I complained, they just told me that if I grind them more, they will bleed, and when I asked them to clean the soles of my feet again, they just did it one more time with an expression on their faces that they didn't want to do. I don't have to go again, but it breaks my heart to see my child in pain, with his severely crooked teddy bear face and his ears scratched so hard. I don't want to go here again.

I love this place. I get most of my cat food and prarie dog food from here. I love when I have coupons in my account. The staff is always very friendly. Only thing I don't like is the Japanese fish in the little containers. I feel so bad for them. I wish there was another way for them to be housed. I did but one 1x but it died 2 days later. :(
