Beware. Dealership made appointment to see a vehicle- after the test drive claimed there was a deposit on that vehicle and tried to upsell into a more expensive one. Totally unacceptable.

Shight happens, but victory is when the customer and the dealer can make it right. My story: I researched exhaustely for a 2019 MB GLE 400. Gotta be black and under 100k miles. Found this at Pristine, 75k miles, under $20k but unfortunately it is 700 miles from our home in the DC/Virginia area.. Made an appt and pulled the plug to drive 7.5 hours to find out in transit that the dealership was closing early on NYE and we couldnt see the car. Not happy. Connected with Justin who said he would do whatever it took to earn our business. We stayed overnight and he and his manager came to the dearlership the next morning, New Years Day (closed), in jeans and pajamas, opened the dealership, allowed us to test drive the car and offered to cover our hotel fee. I was so impressed that we stayed another night and purchased the car the following day. At he end of the day, they made it right. Ryan (manager) was so accomodating,. He even offered us pizza for dinner. Justin is simply wonderful. Very nice young man, honest and transparent throughout the sale. I could adopt him as my son. Overall, I would wholehartedly recommend these folks. My patience is short for bullshight dealerships. I wasnt disappointed in Pristine and will buy from them again. Hope this helps.

Beware of pricing scams and false advertising. Vehicle was posted online for 23k. Called the dealer to get an out the door price. Dealer proceeded to add $7,500.00 in random fees to the price. When I called them out for the deceptive advertising I was told “I’ve seen dealers with 10k in fees. These fees are negotiable”.

I had a great experience working with Takim at Pristine Mitsubishi. I originally came in looking at a Kia, and even though the car wasn’t available at first, he stayed in touch and kept me updated until it was. Throughout the process, his communication was consistent, professional, and genuinely helpful.
Although I ultimately purchased a vehicle elsewhere due to a few features that better matched what I was looking for, Takim went above and beyond in terms of service. I seriously considered buying the car from him based on his sales approach alone. I would absolutely recommend working with him if you’re visiting the dealership.
