Terrible Experience — Don’t Waste Your Time
I had an appointment at 11:20 a.m. and wasn’t seen until 1 p.m., only to be told that the service I booked (which they advertise) isn’t even offered at this location. The staff moved slowly, didn’t care, and one even laughed when I mentioned how long I’d been waiting. They were dismissive and unprofessional from start to finish. Complete waste of time. Avoid this location.

I can’t believe the experience I just had here. To start off when my name got called, I didn’t even see the phlebotomist. I only heard her voice, and then she popped her head quickly out of the already open door. At this point, I was confused because I didn’t exactly know if they were talking to me considering I didn’t see anybody. Once I got into the room to get my blood work done, There was no greeting or anything said to make me feel comfortable. Just a few questions asked And then that’s when she got started. Like said before, I was not walked through any of the procedure. She did not tell me when she was inserting the needle into my arm. Then she proceeded to stick the needle deeper and deeper Into my arm because the blood was not drawing. At this point, I was about to start crying from how much pain I was in so I had to tell her to stop and she was hurting me a lot. She then casually stops and moves onto the next arm. At this point, I feel like I’m about to pass out, and the attempted arm that she tried to take blood from is now throbbing. Once she was finished, she apologized again, very casually for having to “stick me twice” Then tells me I’m done But doesn’t even move the Part of the chair out of the way so I can actually get up. She was in the way so I had assumed I had to wait for her and then she would move and tell me I’m set. Now I’m Dealing With a throbbing arm that hurt hurts really bad. Extremely unprofessional, and people That don’t have customer service skills should not be working With people. The number one thing in healthcare is to make your patients feel comfortable. I’ve gotten blood work done numerous times, but this was the first time that I felt extremely uncared for and extremely extremely uncomfortable. I will never go to quest labs again

To drop off specimen, not even to get blood work done, I had to wait 2 hours! There is no one to assist you at a front desk, you can barely ask a question, this place is not the place to go! On top of that, I waited 2 hours just to hand them the specimen & sign 2 sheets of paper. Highly suggest going elsewhere for blood work

I had a 12:20 appointment and was called in after just a few minutes. I had Keara as my Phlebotomist. She was Kind and very gentle. Didn't feel the prick. Thank you Keara!

Had an 8 appointment still sitting in waiting area at 8:20. Crowded waiting area with no social distancing. Will find another lab next time

Horrible staff long wait times, if you have to do an random employment drug screen don’t drink to much water they will make you wait over an hour trying to hold it. Since it’s a random drug screen, you’re not able to make an appointment, so you’ll watch about 30 people walking in before you that came in after you absolutely ridiculous

The phlebotomist I had was wonderful and it was painless I had an appt and I was in and out of there in 20 mins. Would recommend to always make an appt.

I made an appointment but must of did something wrong although I had a picture in my phone, when I checked in, the key pad, said I had no appointment, I showed Kiara, she was one of the techs, she tried to help me, but she had to take care of patients, my appointment read 1.20, well Kiara was so kind she called me in at 1.20 she took my blood with no problems, thank you for having such a caring tech.

Staff are lazy, patient ware waiting for Blood work, center open 6AM in the morning, 1st two patent were schedule 6:10, 3rd and 4thpatient were schedule, at least three technician were just talking each other loud and Front door were close, they called 1st patient about 7:30am. Staff very rude, not engaged in a profession
