I love this savers, Marlon, Nora and Cheryl are the best!!!! They are always very helpful and always so nice. They greet everyone with a smile, and if you have a hard time at the register they are more than happy to help you. They are top tier! Marlon, Nora and Cheryl are always approachable not like some of the other employees. Patrick is the best store manager of any of the savers I have gone too. Cheryl is an absolute doll, and has so much patience even when she is super busy . When she is working her area is very organized.

The manager of this store is extremely rude. The white female manager has a very arrogant and disrespectful attitude, and she likes to yell at customers and drive them away. She also discriminates against customers and acts like a racist.
Today, when I came to the store to buy something I like, I waited in line, and when it was finally my turn to check out, she started scolding me for being “too slow” just because my movements were not as fast. She complained that I wasn’t checking out quickly enough and spoke to me in a very rude and condescending way.
She should remember that as a senior, I simply cannot move as fast, and most of the customers who shop here are elderly and retired like me. I never expected a manager of this store to treat me this way. Thank you.

Usually shop at a new location near my home (very well organized, clean, and very friendly employees), but I go to Commack location when I’m in town (usually unhappy customers, employees, and the place is always a mess). I found some items, brought them to ring up, and wanted to ask the employee something (she was the scrawny looking small blond woman). I said-excuse me and she collected hangars and ignored me with her back to me. So I said excuse me again, and again she ignored me. Since it was noisy in the store, I said it a little louder the 3rd time, and she angrily said/I HEARD YOU! WAIT A MINUTE! And proceeds to roll her eyes. Then eventually turned around, and went-WHAT DO YOU WANT?! Obviously an unhappy, rude woman. Oh, and if she reads this, I had a 30% off coupon on my phone anyway!

I've been coming here for years and now it's harder to find good stuff along with good prices. I know prices are going up everywhere. I hate that they never did bring back the dressing rooms after the covid shutdown. I'm the type of person that has to try on clothes before buying. When you have to return something, it's only store credit and not even the full amount. People work hard for their money and this is just another place taking advantage of people and their circumstances. This is so sad!! 😪

Disappointing experience. Prices are high and employees need to be retrained- I watched a disabled man in a wheelchair ask a female eployee to get something for him off of a high shelf and she complained that SHE wanted the items he was trying to buy. She took the items that she wanted and purposefully placed them out of his reach and only gave him what she DIDN'T want. If this is how this business is run they will not be getting any more of mine. RIDICULOUS and UNACCEPTABLE.

Savers was a great place to shop at one point, but sometime in the last year they have become way too greedy! A lot of the items are in heavily used condition but somehow the price is either the same or even higher had I gone out and bought it brand new! And often times they tag clothes the wrong size - a lot of clothes will have the original tag cut out and whoever’s pricing just puts a size they think it might be, but when I get it home it’s way too small and they don’t allow returns just exchanges (and that’s only on clothes btw). Also there’s a nasty employee here named Rose that was on her name tag who will often lash out at customers. I assume she’s a stocker because often times I see her stocking the bookshelves. Do better savers!

It is very depressing what this place has turned into. When it first opened, the prices were very affordable and you would always be able to find good items for cheap. Post-pandemic, this place is no longer affordable and you're better off buying things first hand. Further, finding good items is pretty rare these days, especially given the fact that their employees are probably hoarding all of the good stuff and re-selling it on third party websites. I would stay away and just buy your clothes new or support small business thrift stores.

absurd prices. used to have a decent collection that was worth the price but to make things worse, the staff can come across as extremely rude and unfriendly.

I bought a fan from savers. I went home and found that it can't work. When I went back just in one hour , and told the staff , they said they couldn't return and suggested I can donate it again.
