Never a disappointment when you walk through these doors!!! First of all the staff is amazing!! Always a great help at finding whatever you need, and the styles in here are suitable for everyone! There is something for everyone here!!! Debbie helped me yesterday with an outfit for a party and we were done in 20 minutes! She was remarkable and beyond helpful and such a great personality!!! Everyone who works here truly know what they’re doing and cater to your needs! You will ALWAYS find something here!!! It’s always a hit!!! Can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced with a clothing store. Purchased two pairs of jeans after asking if I needed to return I could to two employees. Both said I could return but never specified it was only store credit I would be getting back. Spent so much money to be told I could only get store credit back and not my money which I was told I would be getting back. After being told that I wasn’t told that by an employee who clearly would not know if I was told that since she was never there but I know I was or else I would have never spent that much money. Absolutely ridiculous and will never be seeing me or anyone I know shop there again. Stinks because a lot of people I know like this store but after that never again. Also, this one blonde lady working the counter was rude and disgusting after telling her I had to return something. Lady it’s not the end of the world they didn’t fit . I suggest this store hire appropriate staff and make sure if anyone asks about returns to specify you can return but for store credit. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very dissatisfied with their store policy. It was my first time shopping here, I ordered $500 worth of clothing online and was not aware of the policy when placing my order. I went back in the store to return and could only get a merchandise credit. Definitely not happy and do not like shopping knowing I cant get my money back. I will be spending my merchandise credit and never to return after.

I love Tandywear and have to give a huge shoutout to employee Jody. She is patient and helpful and always pushes me to try items that are not in my comfort zone but work and fit really well. I never feel pressured at this store and really always so happy with my purchases. Thank you, Jody!

I was welcomed by the staff when I entered the store. They asked if they could help, I preferred to look around first. They did not hover over like many boutiques do. When I entered the fitting room and didn’t like what I picked. The girls dressed me in a great outfit and selected items that matched exactly what I had wanted! I left the store feeling like a queen!

The first thing that I noticed when walking into the store was that it was so inviting, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Amazing trending clothing and the store is absolutely beautiful.
