I go to this bank on my lunch hour,as it's the nearest one to my job.i speak very clearly and I'm very direct.i tell the lady at the drivethru,drive-thru, has a tendency to talk,I'm in a hurry,updated balance,please,AND ITS NEVER DONe!! What's hard to understand?then,I waste more time,when,I give the slip back.this is how it is,dealing with TD BANk.U have a bunch of overeducated knucklehead,millenials!!! IS anybody out there with me?!

This bank took FOREVER to open the front lobby - drive-thru banking was extremely slow and the lines were FOREVER!! I would not call that a People Friendly Bank at all.

Yesterday I came here to unlock my online banking account due to the representative claiming I had to go their personally. The lady Ewa is her name claimed she was still on hold so I called them and they answered in less than a minute so she lied. I waited for over an hour for her assistance. Never again.

Yesterday I came here to unlock my online banking account due to the representative claiming I had to go their personally. The lady Ewa is her name claimed she was still on hold so I called them and they answered in less than a minute so she lied. I waited for over an hour for her assistance. Never again.

Had to get a new debit card after i lost my old one. Requested the same number (different exp and cvc) since they were able to do it for me previously and it makes my life so much easier..Danielle gave me such an attitude and didn't say anything when she came back with a new card reading completely different numbers. Super super rude customer service. Unfortunate since my whole family deals with this branch.
