“I cannot thank Kalvin from the Commack location enough. My son and I had the car half packed to leave this morning to head to VA to return him to school and realized his inspection was up at end of month. Being a Sunday we were not sure we could make the trip today, but Kalvin (and Goodyear) saved the day! We arrived at the location when they opened and even though we did not have an appointment he was able to get us out in under an hour! Your kindness, understanding and speedy service really saved us the headache of having to delay the trip a day. I highly recommend this location. You will 100% be taken care of! Thank you!!!”
“One of the best Costco tire center. I had 2 new tires bought and installed there a month ago. And one of new tire gets a big screw (2.5”) and I drove there without an appointment. They took the wheel off and checked and told me that I was lucky the screw didn’t went through and it’s on sideway so everything is fine. When I ask Ray the payment and he say no charge and it’s free. I was so touched and want to say thank you so much for your honesty service!”
“I arrived at the wrong appointment time. Staff was genuinely courteous and showed their concern. I picked up my tires and had them installed elsewhere. Unfortunately they can't hire enough techs.”

“I dropped of my fleet car for an oil change air filter and tires, The work was performed properly and they did exactly what was needed at a fair price, some people do not care when it comes to a fleet vehicle but Mavis does the right thing. I had used Good Year in the past and they would charge for work that was not performed. I will continue to use Mavis for all my vehicle needs.”
