“A lady friend of mine broke down one evening in commack. Her rear tire went flat. She was in a very difficult situation. I got the phone call to help her and I immediately went out. I took the tire off and brought it to the Good Year dealer in commack. It was pretty late in the evening and I wasn't sure if I was able to get help. But the manager there whose name is lee, was so incredibly helpful and even compassionate. He understood the situation and went out of his way to help me. In very little time I had a new tire mounted and the price was excellent. Not only did Lee do a great job but I felt a really understood the situation and cared. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again in the future.”
“I was very happy with my experience here. I was initially greeted by Lani A. who was very kind and friendly. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time and I was still helped very quickly didn’t expect it. Lani suggested I rotate my tires and that was helpful.
