I hope management checks these, I will also be sending an email as the woman at checkout physically accosted me with a shopping cart!Never in my life have I ever experienced such blatant and utter disrespect. As my father and I were about to check out I realized I had forgotten a few items in produce. I was gone 2 minutes and as I hustled over, I could see the loading bay was full of our groceries and the checkout person (I did not get her name but she was short and wearing a backwards baseball cap) was beginning to bag and reload our cart. I placed the cilantro, bell pepper and a sleeve of garlic in the child seat side of the cart and simply said, “Sorry, these are the last few items, thank you!”She then pushed the cart, away from herself and into me!!! I wear a belt bag and could feel the cart pushing me back - she did so just enough to move me and as she did she didn’t say a single word to me.I was in shock and moved towards my Dad who carried on, none the wiser. As if to add more insult to injury, as my Dad paid with a smile and a kind word as he always does, she left the items I brought on the loading bay, even though our bags were already in the cart. She never once acknowledged me, looked me in the eye, nor spoke to me.She knew pushed me with the cart. And she intentionally left the few items I brought outside of the bag.I left the store fighting tears and should’ve called management right then, but I was raised to never be the “angry black woman” in public.I’ve worked in service for nearly 15 years. My family and I have been shopping at Trader Joe’s stores since I was a child. While we may not be weekly regulars at this location, we do come here whenever Dad’s doctor’s visits bring us to the area…I have never in my life been treated with such gross passive aggression! Documenting this incident here and calling management as well.I don’t care how bad of a day or an attitude you may have, treating anyone this way in unbelievably rude and unprofessional!

It's hard to find someone to help. They never carry enough gingerbread cookies or bangers.

We love Trader Joe’s but the new manager has turned a wonderful store into a treasure hunt without a map. Products are whimsically moved from one part of the story to another. The coffee to the middle of the store, far away from the coffee grinder, then after complaints, returned. The pickles far away from the olives. The oatmeal on separate aisle from the nuts and raisins. The beer that was varied regionally and internationally once took up a whole aisle, now has been reduced by 66% on a side shelf as an afterthought and sold mostly in cans. Products will be moved while the shoppers are in the store reaching for the items. Not all change is good or necessary. Do I really need to increase my steps by doubling back to look for item or should I ask for a personal shopper assistant?

Wish they had a store closer. My wife and I love several of their products... olive oil, nuts, dried fruit, and their Vermont stores sell reasonably priced wines.

My first time here and I'm sold with their business model, love the selections ( great quality) , love the fact that there are no automated check outs ( people are actually working instead of computers), no long heck out lines. We will definitely be back .

Trader Joe's consistently delivers on quality with their fresh and diverse food selection. The friendly cashiers add a welcoming touch to the shopping experience, and the manageable crowds make navigating the aisles a breeze. This combination of fresh offerings, friendly service, and a less hectic environment makes Trader Joe's a top choice for grocery shopping.

This place is ACE... 100 % of the time, for all reasons Customer Service. Corporate-wise, also lovely when you call. I wish the chain featured more choices that had LESS SUGAR and fewer grams of fat, but it's pretty easy to work around that, although a bit limiting. 5 stars nonetheless.
