Horrible customer service there. Went yesterday to do an amazon return. Said I needed packaging in it so I went home and put paper packaging on it, went back today and the female said they cant take paper packaging.... Went to UPS in fort salonga and they were fantastic. They took the item with NO problem. NEVER GO TO COMMACK LOCATION

Mike is the absolute best! I came in with a bunch of Amazon returns on my lunch break. He was extremely professional and patient, as my phone was acting up a bit, and I couldn't bring up all of the return labels quickly. With a few people on line behind me, Mike didn't miss a beat, and waited on one person at a time, getting back to me, as each label came through. He is truly excellent at his job! Kudos!

Notary over lunch: The gentleman whom handles the notaries was in the back on lunch break. We were going to wait; but he did not make us wait. He came out within one minute and quickly assisted my nephew and I. The team was friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

I had an outstanding experience at the UPS Store in Commack! The staff is friendly, professional, and super helpful. The notary is a joke... Wouldn't notorize my paper because the signature on my license from when I was 16 didn't match my signature now when I'm 40... The entire signature was identical except for a loop I use to make as a kid at the end... Lost my business and my PO box I have there.. Having my mother cancel hers also and were going to Smithtown location. They were great the notary there had zero issues with that mad friendly nice and notarized my paper no problem at the Smithtown location.. Shame on you commack your bad business lost 2 great customers
