The pharmacists at this location are probably the rudest people I have ever met. Instead of taking 2 minutes of their precious time to explain something to a patient they just make snarky remarks infront of you about you or just flat out ignore you.

Would give 0 stars if I could, extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service at the pharmacy on multiple occasions. The team only filled half of my prescription when it was a basic and very common medication due to it being out of stock when it was an antibiotic. Additionally, I was on hold for over 30 minutes only to be hung up on by the pharmacy which is extremely disrespectful to patients. Further, pharmacy staff members were talking badly about customers while waiting in line and would make everyone wait even though others have called ahead or checked the app and confirmed that their prescriptions would be ready. Would reconsider this pharmacy and avoid it at all costs, extremely disappointed at the quality of service experienced.

The pharmacy is horrific. Many occasions I keep making the same mistake and refilling with them. It’s never ready or main things are always missing. Calling is a nightmare. Stood on line for 30min to finally beg for help while people are walking back and forth while the line forms longer. Don’t go here

When trying to get in touch with someone at the store regarding my prescriptions they have not fulfilled, I got put on hold 9 different times over an hour to be hung up on without speaking to anyone. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I would recommend NO ONE using this pharmacy

Just made a disappointing online purchase. Walgreens had a BOGO 50% off sale on a product I use that never seems to go on sale , so I bought four. Since my local store didn’t have it in stock, I selected shipping. At checkout, there was an option to allow delivery from a local store if they had it available, so I agreed—why not?
The order arrived today via Uber in a bag with no packing list from the Commack store, and it was missing one item (only 3 were included). The receipt email had a customer service number, so I called. I spoke to Charlemagne and she explained that the store only had 3 in stock and I had selected this option for store delivery. I explained that I had chosen shipping but allowed local delivery only if the items were available—and I still wanted the fourth item.
She was polite but said she couldn’t help because Walgreens no longer allows courtesy orders. Instead, she offered a $7.50 store credit, even though the item costs $14.99 (currently on BOGO). My receipt shows the return value as $9.59, which adds to the confusion. I don’t want money back—I just want the missing item, which is in stock at other stores. I don’t blame Charlemagne —she was just doing her job. I will still have to watch my credit card to make sure I’m charged the right amount for what I was delivered. This was just poor service. They have the item I purchased and won’t deliver it to me. Their employee wanted to help me and wasn’t able to. This experience makes me think twice about shopping at Walgreens.

An absolute dumpster fire on top of horrendous customer service in the pharmacy. Consistently would show up 1-2 hours after the app would say my prescription was ready. Go there, get told it’s being working on and 15 more minutes. Would go after that, get told again 15 more minutes. This is not a one off but the same story for my last 5-10 trips. Nothing gets done until you get aggravated. Incompetence at its best.

I arrived only minutes after leaving urgent care down the road, and the pharmacy had my prescriptions ready quickly. Everyone working in the pharmacy was very friendly and helped me with excellent service.

Called to ask whether a prescription was in stock because my local Walgreens doesn’t have it in stock. Pharmacist said no. Asked pharmacist if he could let me know whether other locations had it. He asked me if my pharmacy gave me this information. I said they gave me one but was wondering if any other had it. He said “we have the same computer.” Are you kidding me?!

The pharmacy put me on hold 4 times each time a long wait. There are no excuses. If you can't be a reliable pharmacy, knock the building down and put up a car wash. Oh, the Northport one is just as bad! This is the 3rd time at least!

Title: "Passport Photo Nightmare with Manager Lauren"My recent experience getting a passport photo managed by Lauren was nothing short of a disaster. Despite her managerial title, Lauren's lack of attention to detail and dismissive attitude left me with a subpar photo that barely met the official requirements. It's disheartening when the person in charge fails to uphold the standards expected for such an important document. Definitely not the service I anticipated from a manager.

This review is for the front staff:Today there was a special needs cashier who was clearly furious as he wasn't able to get his break on time. Next in line was me who gave him a coupon at the end of the transaction rather than the beginning (my apologies), the young man handled this incident very calmly and I really hope he was able to get his break. The staff here is always friendly including the managers and they keep essentials well stocked.

Everyone who works here is super nice and helpful. I get all of my prescriptions here after switching from CVS. I even have Aetna and get scripts cheaper through CVS but their stores tend to be disorganized and I can end up waiting 30+ minutes on line to get a script. At Walgreens I rarely wait in long lines (it can happen but still pretty rare). The people at the pharmacy counter are always polite. I use the drive thru sometimes and it's usually pretty quick as well. I usually do the pick up orders in store and I rarely wait long for that either. So yeh, I dunno what the fuss is about with these negative reviews but overall I like shopping here - clean and organized store, great prices if you utilize the website and walgreens rewards, and no terribly long waits.

I'm amazed by some of the negative reviews people have been leaving. While I can't speak for the rest of the store, the pharmacy and their staff are great here. Roxanne and Mohammed are very knowledgeable about their field and are concise when it comes to clearing up any doubts or confusion about medications.The grievances I've read about the phone and drive thru times make me wonder if other customers have just never been to other pharmacies. Every pharmacy I've worked with - and I do mean EVERY pharmacy - has always had longer phone times and drive thru times then other businesses due having to answer complicated questions or working with customers on matters concerning their insurance. I've never been to a pharmacy where my time consulting with anyone in the staff has been shorter than 5-15 minutes unless it's for a routine refill.I've been going to this pharmacy for the past two years now and have seen how absolutely irate and inflammatory customers have been with the staff over things that are of no fault of the staff, and the ONE AND SINGLE TIME there was an issue with my medication, the staff resolved the problem in a reasonable time with zero fuss. Karen, Hunter, and the rest of the pharmacy team are incredibly helpful and empathetic, with Karen in particular going out of her way to assist me when I've had issues with things like prior authorizations, automatic refills, and so on. Mohammed was the man who administered my last two covid boosters and was delicate and quick when it came to working me in despite the high volume of with this store receives.This store is thorough and offers great service. I would much rather come here and wait with the assurance that my medication was being handled with care than go to another.
