They are clear, kind, supportive, and easy to follow, allowing you to go at your own pace without judgement. The heat is absolutely perfect, though the hot yoga class can be hard. The studio is very clean. It is a great experience for someone new to yoga, as it is warming, comforting, and supportive. Students leave feeling focused, relaxed, and amazed, looking forward to going back. It is one of the best studios, with highly experienced owners.
