About Melinda's Candy Shop

Melinda's Candy Shop is a modest and quaint enterprise along the NYS Amish Trail. This small little store offers about 50 unique items, from elderberry jam and real maple syrup to home made Amish candies and fudges. The variety is wonderful, featuring sponge candy, million dollar maple walnut fudge, chocolate covered cashew brittle, and peanut butter bars. The quality is excellent and the prices are low. It is a very dangerous place for people watching their sugar and a must-stop destination.

    SOOOO amazing. I wish I had bought more!! By the time I realized how delicious it is, I was already several hours away!! It was also very reasonably priced. Go, and buy extra while you’re at it!!

    This is an Amish owned business. Its a smaller sized building. We purchased Strawberry Rhubarb Jam that was very good. It tasted fresh and not overly sweet. The customer service was very good.     The Amish can cook. Delicious candy. The maple syrup was priced half of the store price.
