I recently opened a business and personal banking account at this branch. I had the honor and privilege to have Mr. Abrar Rashid handle and open my accounts. He's a true professional, gentlemen and took care of me better than I could have ever imagined. He made my transition to Chase Bank simple, easy and smooth. His expertise, knowledge and customer care is the Gold standard for all banks to follow. I could not be happier at this branch. A++++++++ 5 Stars*********

Unacceptable service. Slow and inattentive. Bank hours are short. No late day service and worst part about it, even after updating their ATM, it is almost always out of service. In a month several visits to the ATM it was inoperable. You cannot even deposit money or checks, let alone get cash. Worst banking Service I have ever experienced.

I am not sure if these reviews are real or not about friendly service. I have been a customer here from when it was bank of new york. The service has consistently declined and the staff as gotten worse at every visit. They are at the point there is not even a manager there to address your concerns. They failed to sign off on a wire which costed me thousands in dollars. The tellers are outright nasty and often have no idea what they are doing. They will lie about not being notaries when it is a offered service by Chase. The list of issues goes on. I would not recommend this branch to my worst competitor and am pulling all of my accounts completely from the bank. Something that should have been done a long time ago.

Never have I ever dealt with the most laziest staff at this bank. Cashing bonds called ahead and told I can cash 5 at a time. Get there and teller says only 3 After arguing she did the 5. Then after I was told to sign and put SS on bonds she then says oh you need address too. Had to wait again finally to prevent having to cash bonds in bank I printed treasury form and ask her to stamp it with bank stamp, Not Notary only bank stamp. She says no we don't do that without even reading the form. Kept saying we don't notarize. Read the form I don't need a notary! Lazy. Spoke to another person by about this and they told me they closed their account a few years ago for same reason. Horrible!!

We have always found all the tellers to be very friendly and helpful. I wish they didn’t change so much because it is nice to have a familiar face and to be known. However, everyone of the tellers have been wonderful. Have dealt many times with the Bank Manager, Sharon Darling. She has always been very helpful and with good advise of each of us. We were with the Bank of New York who became acquired by Chase since 1980. We are very please with the service and all the added protection Sharon has guided us with.

Service is horrible. I live half a mile away and will occasionally use this branch out of connivence but kick myself every single time for not going to valley cottage.
