I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Sam. She helped me with my initial move-in and made the whole process super easy. Later on, when I needed to downsize, she went above and beyond to help me find a better unit that fit my needs and budget. She was patient, informative, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out smoothly.
Really appreciate her help—Sam is the reason I’ll keep using this location!

I was blown away by the exceptional service Sam gave me & my mom. We didn’t know what size unit we needed. I explained to Sam what my plans are. She went above & beyond showing us different size units. Explaining our options. She made choosing a unit so easy & stress free. She is an absolute asset to the company!

Place is conveniently located but I think the access hours should be extended and weekends should be fully staffed.
I agree with other comments about the parking lot situation. There are only 3 parking spaces and if there’s a U-Haul truck there you’re out of luck because you won’t have parking space or carts available.
the prices keep rising frequently and the service remains the same. So, I ask: why do you keep increasing the price if you’re not providing extra services?

Samantha K is very kind, knowledgeable, and able to guide a customer through all procedures of the rental. The facility is in a great location. It is easy access, clean, well- lit, and temperature controlled as well as the exact space needed. It is better to check out your storage space before renting to see size, if possible. Storage favility has adequate moving supplies and are kept cleanly.there is even calm music playing inside storage area.
