Our go-to body shop! A few years ago I took a Subaru Impreza off the beaten track for some fun and ripped the front bumper off. Within a few days they had ordered, painted, and installed a new front bumper on my Impreza perfectly! Recently I upgraded to a Ford Explorer with a cracked front fender flare - they glued the flare in place and temporarily taped it up for me within 10 minutes of me pulling into the shop without an appointment! Great, friendly service and always a proper job. Highly recommended!

A great big thumbs up for Greg’s Auto Body Shop! Greg and Jerry are honest, professional and courteous. I dropped my car off on Sunday night and the work was completed in the time promised. The car looks great and I would recommend Greg’s Auto Body Shop to all!

I absolutely love the quality of work from Greg and Jerry! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve been coming to them for years!! The honesty and professionalism will leave you with no doubts. Highly recommend them, they are honest, skilled and professional. You will not be disappointed. Do not think for one minute you have to take your car to the place your insurance "recommends" you do not. Call Greg! You will get the service you need. Call them if you need a Tow or were in an accident or have any damage to your car, thank me later.

In reference to the 1-star rating from the lady whose car was hit: The writing contains many self-serving statements. I would like to clarify a few things.While I understand the difference in thinking between the two body shops which provided slightly different estimates, only one (Greg's) saw the car. The other shop determined what needs to be fixed by the photo provided.The other shop didn't include one scratched part in his price. I am entitled to have all the parts to my car fixed as it was before the writer hit my parked car while I was sitting at my desk at work.Greg's Autobody is a local business who I used for many years to fix my cars. They are very honest, trustworthy, and reliable. Jerry gave a discount. He also offered a ride to my work after I dropped off the car. Maybe his prices are a little higher than some shop that is located 30+ miles away, but I am sure he pays more for rent, tax and all. I am sure prices in a NYC auto shop would be different too.It's extremely unfair to criticize the body shop that does an excellent job because I refused to take a day off from work, drive 30+ miles away to some unknown place and wait, or impose upon someone to follow me, drive me home then have to do the same thing later to pick up my car. All this only to get my car fixed and to satisfy the person that hit my parked car, instead of doing it locally with the people I trust, and I don't have to lose a day's work/pay.As any business, Jerry has a right to choose any payment form he wants to deal with rather than have to be stuck with credit card fees or personal checks. As far as the receipt – that writer states he never received - I sent the complaining writer the "paid" receipt that I received from Greg's Auto along with the picture of the fixed car the same day I picked up my properly fixed car.I would highly recommend Greg’s Auto!

Outstanding quality, precision, value and attention to detail. Greg Zurla Autobody is the best! Our 2018 KIA looks, feels, even smells brand new after Greg and Jerry Zurla’s team’s excellent repair to $3300 damage to the Kia while parked. Awesome work! Beautiful people!

Very unsatisfied with how they treated me.I backed into someone's car accidentally in a parking lot at low speeds and I scraped the person's front bumper by just a tiny bit. It left a little paint from my car on her car but nothing was broken or severely damaged. The lady whom I hit was a bit hysterical and went to this body shop. Either they didn't give her the option to fix all at an affordable price since someone else was paying the bill or they convinced her to replace the entire front bumper as someone else would be paying.As it was her car that got damaged, she was entitled to have everything replaced. I offered to go to my local body shop which we have done work with in the past multiple times. I called the body shop and asked for a quote, they gave me a quote to replace the bumper and fix the vehicle to be brand new at $650 - $750. There is a small portion of the bottom bumper that can be fixed easily. My body shop said he wouldn't charge for the bottom bumper and would fix it and make it look brand new as the lady wished for.Now, the lady insisted on going to her bodyshop (Greg's Auto Body) as she trusted them and it was closer to her which is fair but they took us for a ride. They pretty much ripped us off big time because either we pay cash or we go ahead and go through insurance where they will make more money but will raise our insurance.I spoke with Greg and we tried working out the price I mentioned that I had body shops locally that cost less. He was like "This is my price! Either you take the price or we go through insurance." I offered to pay via credit card or to pay by check but he wouldn't take my check as he claimed that I would bounce the check on him. I mentioned to him that he could wait until the check clears but he wanted cash and strictly cash.I paid cash but he didn't give me a receipt for paying cash. I doubt he paid the sales tax but at the same time, I am leaving this review so we are all on the same page..This is my honest feedback and the pictures of the damage are attached to the review for you to see the original damage.He was pretty much overcharging me and said to me that if I didn't pay cash he would go through insurance which is a big problem. The lady who had her car fixed is happy, but I, the person who paid for the damage, am super upset with the way they treated me from the beginning.This body shop could have most likely buffed out the bumper and it would look brand new. They probably did this as well but charged me for OEM parts. I might be wrong, but either way, I am entitled to leave my honest review.Regards,Not a happy client!

I just had my car repaired at Greg’s and they did the most phenomenal job - I was blown away! Not only did they repair my car but they went to extra mile and thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of my car and even got my inspection done for me since it was due (without asking). I highly recommend Greg’s - they were so professional, helpful and did an outstanding job.

Met with Jerry he was excellent! He took the time to explain how each dent needed repair. Being my car is leased he advised me to look into what size scratch is allowed on a return. Which I appreciate because he could’ve just included that in the estimate. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the shop! It’s clean and the staff were extremely personable! Can’t wait to have my car back in perfect condition!
