“The staff at this UPS Store are consistently helpful, professional, and a pleasure to be with.

I especially want to recognize one young man whose name I wish I knew. He stands out. He is knowledgeable, patient, resourceful, and has an impressive ability to understand what a customer needs and find the best way to help.

I have a traumatic brain injury, and as a result I can sometimes be slow processing information or forgetful. Even with a long line of customers waiting behind me, he has never once lost patience, rushed me, or made me feel lesser than anyone else. He simply gives me the time I need and helps me get things done. That kind of respect, kindness, and understanding means more than I can articulate.

There was a customer who came in while I was there, he must have had hundreds of pounds of items of ship. He came in with a dozen or more containers. You could tell he was on overwhelm and becoming frustrated.The young man defused the situation immediately- offering the man water! Just so smart, strategic and kind!

He has a natural ability to lead. If he is not already in management, he should be. I could easily see him overseeing multiple locations as a regional manager. UPS would be wise to recognize his talent and give him opportunities to advance.

“Was running late they had just closed and needed to pick up access point package that was medication they refused. My medication better be okay! I'm really upset usually no issues here but wow.

Edit: After checking with my home delivery pharmacist and the timing of the delivery they informed me picking up next day will be ok. I was super worried as medication needs to be in fridge...and we all know medication is not cheap! I will say that the guy following procedures could have been nicer instead of annoyed. I do understand you're closed but no reason to be rude.”

“Such a neat, clean, fresh looking, cool on a hot day, friendly store. On a Sat morning, not much of a line, returned my Amazon package very easily and left. Highly recommend. ❤️”

“I’m confused by the bad reviews. I go there all the time, have for years now, and everyone is always kind, not just to me, but to every other customer while I have been there. Even when I have made mistakes with my Amazon returns, they have always been gracious about explaining things to me. Every UPS store I have ever been to charges for packing something for you if it’s not “no box no label.” The woman who works there helped me with color prints for my classroom, and when they didn’t come out right because I had sent them in the wrong format, she happily reprinted them free of charge. Maybe the poor reviews are from people who don’t like that the workers wear masks? Or they don’t like ever being told no, even if it’s done politely? Or there’s another reason, which I suspect but won’t post here? Whatever your issue, I simply don’t believe that these nice people were rude like some of the stories here say.”

“I had a pre-paid UPS package to mail. I don't send a lot via UPS so I found them via Google Maps. There was a line, but it moved really fast and the staff was great at helping people fast without rushing them. Many of us were just dropping off and needed shipping receipts but there was one person who was getting help packing things.”
