About PowerPak
PowerPak is a great company to work with, easy to deal with, and a small business. The sales representatives are extremely knowledgeable and thorough, with one rep who misses nothing, follows up on everything, and is always there to assist. Another sales rep is awesome, knows the products, gives reminder calls, and is respectful, recommending the best product and sending it out right away. The website makes it easy to find what is needed, with great support for any questions. Pick up and delivery tracking is wonderful, with awesome, friendly drivers. Pricing makes the accounting department happy. Products get out the next day and are very responsive. At the facility, a young guy named JoJo makes everything very easy, and the receiver is super cool. Drivers can come straight into the facility, and overnight rest on the docks is probably allowed.

Sales representative Sean is awesome. Knows the products, is helpful, give me reminder calls and is even respectful if he calls when I’m busy. And will remember to call me back at a later time. Listens to what I say we need and recommends the best product for that need and sends it out right away.
