Absolutely terrible location.
This post office has become the definition of unprofessional. They’ve installed a self-service kiosk so employees don’t have to help you, even when you’re the only customer there. Two employees stood around, refused to assist me, and instead directed me to the kiosk. Meanwhile, they blasted explicit music from Spotify filled with offensive language. One employee even asked for it to be turned off, and the other refused.
On another visit, the kiosk wasn’t working, and when I got back in line, the employee shouted at everyone to use it because it was closing time. When I explained the kiosk wasn’t functioning, he became visibly irritated and rude. They also locked the doors five minutes before closing, leaving several customers outside who had arrived well before 4 PM. When we let them in, the staff screamed that they were closed and tried to kick them out — until the rest of us spoke up.
This place is a disgrace. It’s not just bad customer service — it’s hostile, lazy, and completely disrespectful to the community.

My UPS store is located in Congers, New York. As soon as you walk in you get a good feel. Staff is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Always friendly and welcoming.

I recently visited the UPS store and had the pleasure of being helped by Enrique and Melissa. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness. They made the entire process quick and easy—whether it was printing, notary, or shipping, they handled everything efficiently and with a personal touch. If you get the chance to work with them, you’re in for great service.

I originally tried to return this Amazon gift thru Kohls and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I tried UPS instead, was in & out in less than 5min. The representative took amazing care of me.

I can't thank the staff at this store enough. I came in with a print job that was not very straightforward, and when they saw that it was a memorial piece for my mother's funeral, they really went above and beyond. I expected it would take a day to turn the job around but not only did they complete it then and there, all three staff members who were on then showed me so much kindness and thoughtfulness. Even when they became quite busy, they assured me that they could have everything finished shortly. On the best of days I would have appreciated their care and professionalism, but during very difficult times, I was so very touched. Thank you all again.
