Worst car wash in Broome county nothing works ,car wash quit in the middle of my wash, leaking soap all over the place $19 dollars down the drain plus I had to pay ten to wash the soap off after it died, will never be back. This place is a run down dump!

I wish I had read the reviews. I went back in March and paid $10. The door never opened. I called multiple times and even spoke to a girl that said she would let the manager or someone know and look into it. Never got the refund. It’s now July.
It seems like this is just a way for them to scam people.
Save your hard earned money, go elsewhere.

I like the do it yourself stalls. They take credit cards and you can really get the wheel wells, wheels and running boards clean. And they've got a spot to hang your floor mats and clean those. Especially great in the winter months.

Went to laser wash on Conklin road this morning, paid $15.12 for a car wash, the car wash door wouldn’t open. Attempted to call for service no answer. I seen a review posted 4 days ago they also paid and no car wash. Seems they do not Maintain this car wash often!! Hope this don’t happen to more people. Also Hope I can get my $15 back since I still have a dirty car! Will never go here again!!!

Told myself I wouldn’t write a negative review until the 3rd time. I hate it to say it but this is the 3rd time this place has taken my money for the automatic wash and not delivered an automatic wash. I won’t be coming back.

Went through the hassel of getting my dog in the tub for the dog wash and put in the money and got zero water. Dont waste your time and money here.

Don’t even waste your time I don’t think a single wash bay, vacuum or the dog wash station work at all, they just take your money and if you try to call to complain nobody answers. They need to tear this dump down and build a new one from people who will actually take care of their business.
