Wow this place is straight nightmare fuel you never know if you're going to actually get your package when it says out for delivery and if you do receive it just expect it to be in pieces or thrown in some random location around your house almost like you have to play hide and seek just to find your package and when you do find it nothing is inside of the box super rude when you call

I can't even describe all of the horror stories from this company delivering to my house the amount of packages just scattered across my yard and pieces and sometimes when I track the truck he just decides he doesn't want to deliver that day and just brings my package all the way back to the warehouse where I have to wait for another few business days for him to show up again because there's different drivers for my route horrifyingly unprofessional and unfortunately that's all that Walmart uses for their delivery so I'm stuck with this nightmare fuel

The worst shipping service I have ever had. The driver was to impatient to wait for my daughter to come out and sign for the package. Then the people who answer the phone told me I couldn't pick up my package until after they tried to deliver it 3 times and wouldn't tell me where the package was. The lady at the hub in Conklin was very sweet to my wife a told her that the package was there and then once my wife said thank you ma'am the lady became very rude and my wife got upset. My wife said we would see her soon and they hung up. I called her back to ask exactly what location I was going to and she told me she would have to see if the package was there and call me back. I asked her again what location she was in and she told me as far as she knows there is only one in Conklin. She was nice enough to call me back and tell me that the package was not in there location and wouldn't be back there. She asked when a good time to deliver the next day so I could sign for it. I told her after 5 the driver was there a like after 5 the first time he tried to deliver so I figured it would work out perfect. I walked in to the Binghamton location thinking it was the Conklin location and they check the location of the package and told me it was in Conklin where the wonderful lady told me it wasn't. So they delivered my package at 12:30 instead of after 5 like the nice lady told me would work. Luckily my daughter was able to sign for it.

I have had so much trouble with fed ex delivery. Today delivered . Delivery stated left at bottom of gated driveway. ABSOLUTELY NO GATE on our drive way. You. An clearly see the house from the road. Hardly any snow. I've had them deliver twice to the clearly abandoned house above us. Our house number is prominently displayed on our house. No one should ever contract to have things delivered by these people.

So there is no way to talk to a human within giving tracking numbers. I want Hyman conversations! My package was delivered sowhere but not here. We've been waiting for it all day!

It's a distribution center or large hub for rerouting all you fedex goodies. Nothing bad but nothing overly glamorous about it.

I stayed at home the whole day just waiting for an important document because it was delayed twice due to “ no one is there to sign” .. well how I will know if I didn’t receive a call or message or even a knock on the door !!! Should I sit on the front door of the building for the entire day !!
