We are very happy with our choice to use Laing Self Storage in Conklin NY, it is clean and the people were all very nice and accommodating. We had the unit for nearly 3 months and never had an issue or worry. Thank you Laing Self Storage for being so professional.

I’ve been storing items here for over a year now with no issues or concerns. My storage unit was clean and is well maintained. I have no issues regarding security or other issues. Brian and staff are very attentive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I may have. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for storage!

The yard is always clean and accessible. No flooding or infestations. Everything I needed for 4 years. Kind interactions. No problems whatsoever. .

I googled storage facilities and lucked out with this one. I immediately received a call back, Laing Self Storage was extremely helpful in explaining the different types, sizes, and prices of storage units. They were informative on what would best fit my needs The location in Conklin was easily accessible and convenient for me. I had no issues loading or unloading, and never ran into any issues when I frequented the unit to drop off or grab something. It was clean, kept all of my furniture in the same shape as I had left it there. I thought it was a good price - convenient, clean, and easily accessible. I would highly recommend Laing Self Storage.

We recently rented 2 units in Conklin for several months. Clean and safe units, excellent customer service and exceptional convenience.
The owner, Brian, went above and beyond to assist us with our storage needs.

Laing storage has been a great choice. We’ve had our belongings there for two years in the Conklin facility and found it reasonable priced and clean, secure, great accessibility, large doors and dry.We did the auto pay, which was a great option. The owners are accessible and responsive to calls.

I rented a unit for over a year from this company and was always very happy with my experience. The units are all in great condition, secure, temperature controlled and reasonably priced. I would recommend Laing Self Storage to anyone!

Kindness does exist! My son was transferring from SUNY Oswego to SUNY Binghamton and therefore looking for storage. Units near Binghamton were no longer available and Brian offered space in his office for my son to use from May to August at no charge- a random act of kindness that went really far! It's nice to know that there are good people out there willing to help others out. We appreciate it Brian Laing! You were a lifesaver.
