“The Port Crane Post Office is 10 miles further drive than the Greene Post Office for me... It is worth the drive, the Postal employees at Port Crane are professional and courteous. It is a no hassle pleasure to go there... Greene? The senior employee, a woman is rude, aggressive, and creates tension with the customers.. Going in there feels like the bad kid sent to the Principals Office.. It is a horrible experience.. Beware the Greene Post Office, rudeness, and aggression awaits.. I had not gone there for several years, but I was running late, so I tried... I told the polite fellow at the counter, I checked the status of a Money Order.. The senior clerk came charging out of the back room, screaming Thats Impossible! I was so alarmed and rattled, I ran from the Post Office. After regaining my composure in the car, I returned to show her, the Postal website with the Money Order checking page.... I will never return to Greene Post Office, I am a senior citizen, and felt bullied by the aggressive clerk.. It is both unpleasant and scary... Port Crane is the best, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.. Thank You Port Crane... God Bless..”
“My wife and I were in the area and we decided to try the USPS in Chenango Bridge as opposed to the facility in Whitney Point. Jessica, Clerk #3 is absolutely amazing! She immediately greeted us with a big and warm smile upon entering the facility. She was pleasant, friendly and happy to help! I asked her if she had any plastic and padded Priority Mail envelopes available. Jessica smiled, replied, "Yes" and quickly retrieved an envelope for me. She was processing some reports in the rear and indicated for us to ring the service bell when we were ready. Jessica quickly processed our package and asked if we could complete a feedback survey about our experience. I informed her that I am a huge Google Reviewer and that I would do so. This facility is clean, well stocked and maintained. We will definitely be returning here to handle USPS matters!”

“The post office on the south side of Binghamton is definitely better than the one on the east side (downtown Binghamton). Less waiting, better more helpful service... They suggested I ise a priority mail flat rate envelope instead of a regular priority mail envelope, saved me $5, it only cost $12 instead of $17 like I was paying before. I had been sending regular priority mail envelopes at the post office on the east side of Binghamton (downtown) for months and spending an extra $5 each time for no reason without even realizing it and nobody there told me anything, but at the south side post office, the nice lady behind the counter immediately realized I was paying too much by not using a flat rate envelope and I saved $5. And there was no line, I had immediate service, while the one on the east side usually has me waiting in line like 15-20 minutes. If you are going to a post office in Binghamton, go to this one on the south side, it is the best, better service, they find ways to lower the price, less wait time, much nicer. I am never going to the post office on the east side again now that I know about this one!”
