  Fantastic customer service employee Morgan helped me to find the things and I think Brandi she is the manager she made sure and asked me I found everything I needed and helped me checkout with good big smile . Very friendly staff love to visit again 😊👌👌

  The women who was stocker/ cashier today on 8/7 was extremely rude the way she spoke to me. I barely purchase at this store as it is. You want to send all the locals to another store and then you will lose business and close. Who will pay your wages then?

  Corporate needs to upgrade this store ridiculous old registers and only one that takes cards out of the 2 in the store. Always closing early due to no staff who would want to work for a company that pays their employees so poorly and doesn’t even give them the equipment to do they’re jobs. As busy as the store is I would think they would want to make it a pleasant experience, but they are more concerned with opening another store on every corner.

  Card skimmer alert. No one's ever at the register, they make it way too easy for the Crooks to install card skimmers. Be careful inspect the POS terminal before you swipe your card.

  High turnover rate, poor wages, and an understaffed store. You can't blame the employees, they do their best and try to maintain the standard. The biggest concern I hear from them is cut hours. The company refuses to up their budget and give the manager the resources necessary to run the store as it should be, and often times winds up having to choose whether to run register or stock inventory. This is unacceptable business ethics. There is no excuse for a multi billion dollar company to say "We just can't afford it", when in every store they overpurchase inventory to the point of it being tossed away while stagnating employee wages and cutting hours to maximize profits.This company needs to turn itself around, or the people are going to steer clear of the mess. The lack of corporate discipline and severe lack of values pertaining to Dollar Generals mission statement all tie in to the failure of store operations. Executives need to be given pink slips and replaced, employees working these stores need more resources to operate.

  When this is literally the only other store in constantia to begin with, yet I show up there on a Sunday around 5 pm and they are closed, number one corporate needs to do better period. They are losing business because they can’t seem to keep their store open. They have all sorts of problems in the store as well, one minute no air conditioning to problems with the freezers so they can’t even keep their food frozen. Why hasn’t this store had an upgrade it’s not like they don’t have the money. I used to love this store but now I’m just annoyed by how many times I’ve came to this location and there were signs on the door saying they were closed. Also you can’t even get down the isles because they are loaded with wing stacks to the point where you can’t even fit a cart down the aisle. Seriously, management needs to make some major adjustments.

  Horrible staff when they do have a staff. Half the time they don’t stay open past 4-5 pm because of staffing issues. They still don’t have a hiring sign up !
