They are a pack of thieves running a chop shop. Woke up the day of 9-6-23 to find my personal car that has a clean title with no liens and is 15 year old car gone with drag marks in the driveway. Called the police to find theses clowns hauled it off. They claimed Hertz owned it. Threaten to sue this company, the car was returned the next day. Was told I have to agree not sue to get it released. The clowns would not allow me to retrieve items or the plates from my own car too that they stole.

Took my car in the middle of the night with wallet in it, managed to pay up to date even tho it was 4th of July weekend and had no wallet. Turns out they already removed the plates took all my stuff (wallet included) out and moved the car to action house so now I have to get my stuff plates and my car some how. All in different places with no car god know what they ruined taking the car with there track record. I seriously hopes this helps loan company's know they are not a trusted company.

(TL;DR: Car was in perfect condition inside and out. The process of getting it back was simple. Their receptionist was very helpful. Wasn't too costly. Website is dated with no hours listed. Read any forms you're given before actually signing them!)I'm embarrassed to admit that I had my car repoed by them, due to my own negligence. When I saw the reviews on Google, I became absolutely terrified that something awful happened to my car when they towed it. I was also very afraid of someone breaking into it and stealing my belongings, especially sincs my entire wallet was inside of it when they took it.However, once I managed to get the money to get my car back (it was taken at some point on Thursday, and I got it back on Monday), everything went smoothly! I must have called about a dozen times, to make sure that I had everything that I needed and that I would get there before closing, but the receptionist was very sweet and didn't seem to grow impatient with me, despite it being obvious that it was the same person calling. When I finally arrived, FIVE minutes before closing time, I handed over the cash for the fees ($40 administrative fee and $40 for each day), I signed a form, a picture was taken of my ID that I retrieved from my car, and that was it! The inside of my car was EXACTLY how I left it, including my wallet, and I couldn't even find amy scratches on the outside. My reasons for giving 4 stars instead of 5:Their website is dated and doesn't work well on mobile devices, and their hours are not listed on it, which would have eliminated one of my repeated phone calls. The other thing didn't sit well with me is the form. I was obviously anxious to get out of there and to have my car back, so I foolishly didn't read the form before signing it. However, I read my copy of it later that day and realized that it stated that I acknowledge that my car was in the same condition as before they towed it, and that they are not at fault for any damage that may have been done. I hadn't even seen my car yet when I was handed that to sign! I'm grateful that nothing was wrong with it or I would have been livid.

Had a truck repo not our vehicle, but a relatives. It’s a long story. Called them and gave them the address of where the vehicle could be, so they could p/u the truck. They have been looking for the vehicle for 3 months. I found out where the truck was and I called extreme recovery again and told them where the truck was gave them the address asked them to pick it up, before the person moves the truck again. They got the truck and it cost $500 just for the repo and plus the back payments that was paid to the bank.So I called the extreme recovery and asked how much it was if I pick up the truck from you tomorrow. The guy said it would be $40 per day not counting 24 hour days just per day. So it would be $80 total. Okay.We get there to pick up the truck and this lady said it would be $120 to get it out. I said $120 I talk to CJ yesterday and he said it would be $80 to get it out. $80 for the storage fee and a $40 Administrative Fee.Let me talk to a manager. Called a manager and the guy said my boss needs to get the $40 Administration Fee and I am not paying him. So we paid it and the lady made copies of our paperwork. She said someone will be at the gate in a minute. The lady that took our paperwork, came to the gate and unlocked it and took us to the truck.

The lady at the counter was very nice. But the tow truck drivers ripped apart a driveway and a lawn instead of simply asking to unlock the vehicle. Probably because they usually have to deal with low lives, but they could have been a lot more respectful

These people are absolute criminals - my car was towed to their location after 5pm on a weekday, though they gave no notice of it being there until following day, when they "got around to it". I was then able to retrieve my car less than 24 hours after it had been delivered there - but then these *criminals* insisted that it was there for two calendar days, not one, despite it being less than 24 hours since its delivery, and no notice having been given until that very morning. What's more, their attitudes and behavior are absolutely abhorrent - the old man who answered the phone may have the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. Hopefully, they won't be in business for much longer - they certainly shouldn't be.

DEALERS AND LENDERS BEWARE: This company does not keep accurate records. They lose track of repossession fees being paid and demand payment for vehicles already paid for. Agree to 15 days free storage, try to change it to 10 days every repo and have to remind them of the deal they made. They also demanded a customer pay someone elses repo fee to pick up their own vehicle. They charge customer $30/day from the day it's picked up and dealer gets 15 days free storage. I spoke to the owner Joe about a customer coming to redeem and we were within free storage period. He agreed to let customer pick up vehicle within the free storage, then after customer redeemed tried to stick us, the dealer, with the bill for the customers we storage we never owed in the first place.

I had a trailer stolen from me, filed a police report and the police told the individual who stole the trailer to return it. Instead of allowing me to get the trailer they called these guys to tow it from their property. Extreme refused to release my trailer even with a police report. Had the threaten a lawsuit and they still made me pay $200 for a $500 trailer.
