I made a formal complaint today August 29 2025 about the postal worker here in constantia NY. I have already spoken with the United States Postal Service today I filed my complaint about my mail not being sent out and my packages not being delivered an a package was opened today I tried calling their post office in constantia NY not the 1800 number 7 times today nobody answered it's ok because I will tell my lawyer monday morning I am also expecting a package tomorrow sometime I know everything I ordered and I better receive everything I ordered and receive it tomorrow unopened or I will call the police and file my complaint and have you arrested.

My package was already 5 days late on its way to Cleveland, NY. Constantia USPS is the next town over from me but they sent it to Rochester.

They never answer the phone and its really annoying and just no excuse for it. Period.

sent registered mail on oct 5th - instead of my documents and money order going to rome ny ended up in omaha ne.....its been 10 days....no registered letter yet - nothing has been fixed - I'm screwed out of important papers and money orders - post office could give 2 shats and their liars !! someone needs to be held accountable - someone should be fired !! they said - guaranteed ...yeah right. can't trust them - 2nd time in a year they've lost and destroyed important papers - art work. their not held accountable - get away with murder...no responsibility no one held accountable. lack of concern - lack of morals - lack of responsibility is disgusting. how they can look people in face and lie and cheat them and still have a job is disgusting. no where else would they get away with this kind of disrespect. work for postal system - where it doesn't matter what kind of person you are.....or held responsible - just get to collect paycheck for being a scumbag. thanks for stealing from me and ruining all my hard work. untrustworthy and I hate people who can't do their job or take responsibility for it. glad they can live with themselves destroying other peoples lives and saying - o well sorry their nothing we can do. yeah...scumbags

This is my local post office and the same lady always delivers the mail to my house. Multiple times this mail lady has "not been able to deliver a package" due to my driveway not being plowed, as she already knows we don't plow our side of the driveway in the winter. So she proceeds to leave the pink slip saying she couldn't deliver the package in the mailbox but went ahead and said that the package was delivered when it clearly wasn't. She has done this on multiple occasions and I am highly irritated and this post office doesn't seem to give a flying f*ck about how this lady proceeds not to do her job correctly. She should lose her job because she isn't being professional by saying she delivered something when she has not.

At this Post Office, due postman incompetence or unreliability I've lost money for my package. It was marked as OUT FOR DELIVERY but never was scanned as DELIVERED!!!! Recipient has claimed his money back... As usually, USPS Customer Service (as usually in such case) did not help.... :(I understand, due COVID-19 the Postal has a hard time and delays but I paid for service with tracking number and such things are out of any excuses!!!
