Branch employees are all excellent, but this bank has blown my mind with it's never-current online banking app, which says you have an available balance but when at the ATM you can be rejected & mortified with "insufficient funds". 8 out of 10x app never current. But the biggest annoyance: since shopping at Xmas, this Bank has frozen my debit card WITHOUT WARNING, every single week, even after I confirmed all transactions were legit. At this moment, I amAGAINstranded & in harm's way due to this banks awful attention to detail & complete lack of care if I close my account.My stress level is at its highest, & wait times for custSVC over 45 minutes. PICK ANOTHER BANK-THIS BANK DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU
