“Extraordinarily excellent bike shop! First time in, looking to buy a used bike. I told Sam what I was looking for and by the options he pulled and he pulled out three bikes that really reflected what I had told him I was looking for, while also pointing out a couple of other used bikes that expanded my horizons a little and helped me better understand what I was looking for. All of them were genuinely good options, all in conversation with what I had said I was looking for. The different possibilities he chose helped me better understand my own interests and the options available to respond to them, which I really appreciated. He gave me time to test ride them, listened to my feedback, and explained what could be adjusted, what could be fixed, and what couldn’t. That made it much easier to figure out which bike was for me and I found one that had me cruising in joy and comfort! The shop has a relaxed, comfortable, old-school feel of a neighborhood family-run shop, with a stylish, modern look. A place to come back to time and again. Don’t miss it. Go out of your way. Make a day! It’s an extraordinarily excellent bike shop.”
