“We needed our truck to be towed. USAA's Roadside Assist and AAA's towing did not provide a vendor/truck within forty minutes. It could be that they are great in different areas. But in southwestern Massachusetts, they were for all intents and purposes, non-existent. Called Jim's. The phone was answered on the second ring. After agreeing to the cost for towing and providing my location, a drive-up/on-bed tow truck arrived within thirty minutes. The price for such a premium service was fair and the driver was an absolute gentleman. I would call this company in a heartbeat. In fact, I will go to them for some auto body work that I need to have done. In terms of growing and maintaining a business, professionalism is the best advertising.
