“Very happy with my experience with Lakeville Automotive. I needed a OEM hitch and wiring installed on my Toyota Highlander. It was a flawless and quick install.I found Lakeville Automotive because all the Toyota dealerships I spoke to in CT quoted me absurdly high prices. One Toyota dealership quoted me 8 hours, and another quoted me 5 -- both at very high hourly rates. Based on my research I knew it should take much less time. Lakeville beat my best-case expectation in terms of time and cost.I did not choose Lakeville Automotive solely for the price, though I do very much appreciate the low cost compared to the Toyota dealers. I chose Lakeville because of the other positive Google reviews -- and I am extremely happy I did. So I'm leaving a positive review myself.Highly recommend Lakeville. “We needed our truck to be towed. USAA's Roadside Assist and AAA's towing did not provide a vendor/truck within forty minutes. It could be that they are great in different areas. But in southwestern Massachusetts, they were for all intents and purposes, non-existent. Called Jim's. The phone was answered on the second ring. After agreeing to the cost for towing and providing my location, a drive-up/on-bed tow truck arrived within thirty minutes. The price for such a premium service was fair and the driver was an absolute gentleman. I would call this company in a heartbeat. In fact, I will go to them for some auto body work that I need to have done. In terms of growing and maintaining a business, professionalism is the best advertising.
