“5 stars out of 5 because 7 is not an option. Dylan was an amazing help, what an absolute legend. That man deserves a raise, like seriously. Make it two raises. The customer service? Immaculate. The service? Beyond wonderful. Highly recommend!”
“I summer in Massachusetts it need to get my annual auto inspection in New York. I have been going to Roe-Jan for at least the last 6 years. I always get an oil change too
They are reliable and give me info about manufacturer recalls and always take the car out for a test after they complete their work.
One year I couldn’t get an appointment w them and went a place in Hudson NY, tat place lied to me about unnecessary repairs I didn’t comply and called Roe Jan again to get them to fit me in. They did. They found nothing wrong with my car. I appreciate their honesty and efforts”
“100% ++ I recommend Pine Plains Auto Body. First of all, they did a sensational job on my Audi repair but even before that I knew I was in good hands. Honest, thorough, and more than fair. To top it off the car wash and treatment they used after the repair makes my car look brand new instead of a vehicle parked outdoors all winter. I cannot thank you enough!”

“Got a flat tire in the middle of the dead zone on NY-23, Ed was communicative, very fast, and very knowledgeable; got my spare on for me and I was on my way!
Thank you so much, will be highly recommending to friends and family!”
“Honest, professional and reasonably priced. Super busy so book apt in advance. I have been there several times now with multiple cars and have had nothing but great experiences. The whole crew is knowledgeable and friendly. Finding a good and fair mechanic is so hard these days. I'm glad I found them.Services: Transmission”
“Very happy with my experience with Lakeville Automotive. I needed a OEM hitch and wiring installed on my Toyota Highlander. It was a flawless and quick install.I found Lakeville Automotive because all the Toyota dealerships I spoke to in CT quoted me absurdly high prices. One Toyota dealership quoted me 8 hours, and another quoted me 5 -- both at very high hourly rates. Based on my research I knew it should take much less time. Lakeville beat my best-case expectation in terms of time and cost.I did not choose Lakeville Automotive solely for the price, though I do very much appreciate the low cost compared to the Toyota dealers. I chose Lakeville because of the other positive Google reviews -- and I am extremely happy I did. So I'm leaving a positive review myself.Highly recommend Lakeville. Hopefully my car does not break down anytime soon, but if it does Lakeville Auto will be the first place I will call.Services: General repairs & maintenance”
“I recently had rear-end damage to my car repaired at Van Alphen & Sons, and the results were perfect. The staff, especially John, were competent and extremely pleasant to work with. The job was actually completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this shop for auto body repair.”
“Absolutely awesome people to deal with, had a break down while escorting an oversized load. They were quick to get me in and knowing the urgency of the situation could have made it very costly. However they were quick, efficient and EXTREMELY FAIR with their prices. Can't thank them enough for all they did.
Much appreciated.”
“I was seriously considering selling my Porsche 912 but Joe and Rick gave it a new lease on life. The workmanship was top-notch and everything I asked them to do was done, including a couple of details that I wasn't aware of. Would highly recommend them.”

“Was passing through the area when my front driver axle failed. Jim's shop came up as being nearby. They were able to take me in and fixed up the car the next day. He gave me a fair price and a good explanation of what happened. I am very grateful that I found such a good shop while broken down away from home.”
