Just want to thank “Sebastian , helped me with my botched mechanics lazy work , that almost led to my car blowing up, taught me how to change my terminal , and genuinely wanted to help , his manager also seemed cool for letting him help as-well, as long as every customer was attended to … good store for sure.

I called in asking a lot of questions I had the pleasure of being helped by Anthony he was very helpful and patient put my parts to the side for me and when I got into the store he was even kind enough to bring everything out to my car for me because I have back problems very nice young man definitely deserves a raise

Yesterday I visited AutoZone to buy a new windshield wiper and The person who helped me find the wipers was not very helpful, But there was another staff member who came out to my car and changed my windshield wiper and he wiped my windshield down first. he threw away all the wrapping and was so helpful. he checked my other wiper to see if that also needed to be replaced, which I hadn’t realized that it did so we went back inside. I purchased the second one and he came out and replaced that one as well. I have never used the service of having somebody come out to my car (they check and assist with all sorts of things like tire pressure, oil, battery)

Review your receipts before leaving this store. They never asked or gave me brake lubricant and charged me for it.

Extremely disappointed.... I literally told them I had no knowledge about cars and all they did was type in the computer and than point in the direction of where the items were. I guess whatever they were doing on there phones was more important.... won't be coming back here again...

This place is super worst service i have ever seen,empolyee are not helffull very rudy i was order car mirror but not get right time whenever i call to the store no body answer if they answer hold my call even they give me wrong mirror,theyre wasting time the coustomer , i am verry verry unhappy ,about them service, i hope the store managemant will see it .

I’d give it 5 stars for the wonderful service from Josh however that one black manager jalene or whatever he name is, clearly is a miserable black girl who can’t stand her job. I asked a simple question about manually entering my payment information for a card I don’t have on me and little miss attitude had a problem with it. Baby girl, the only person you need to be mad at is yourself for not aspiring for more. As for Josh and the rest of the staff, wonderful service.
