Kudos to the branch manager Joe who resolved my problem with service fees dating back to Dec 2022. After many phone attempts and another branch manager at another location could not help, I tried again with Joe because I knew I was in the right! With his persistence my refund was complete in 10 days! Also other personnel at this branch courteous and professional.

We had a very challenging and intricate problem. It was busy, but as soon as he had a chance, Joe F, came over to us and apologized for the wait and thanked us for our patience. He said he would be us as soon as he finished with another client, and he did, not much of wait as expected. Joe understood our issue, with setting up an account for ourspecial needs child who is starting to get ssi. Advised us and confirmed with corporate BofA, and we followed his advice, because we did not have all the required documentation. We followed his advice and put it in motion and we should be able to complete this task within this upcoming week. As parents of a special needs child, timing is of the essence and Joe has it. Awesome work, and just another reason why we bank at BofA.

There is a broken atm taking people’s cards, no one working at the bank bothered to make customers aware of this, with a simple sign or anything so at least 5 people lost their debit cards today. Terrible customer service.

Longest wait times, and on numerous occasions -multiple- rolls of quarters I get from them have nickels in them. Must dump and double check/count any change they give you

I went to this bank to get notary assistance and was denied the assistance because the person named Joe who is assigned to do notary for them felt umcomfortable. When asked why he felt uncomfortable he said he didn't feel safe performing the notary service for us. Then i explained that i was a notary as well and couldn't understand. He didn't look at us anymore and i said ok i under stand you are racist. He just nodded his head and i explained that i will report him. So i am putting this up so everyone can know that Joe picks and chooses who he wants to help depending on race sometimes. I grabbed a card by his desk his name tag said joe but the card said Joseph Fiorillo. Very unprofessional service. Thanks Google for letting me express how this took place and made me feel.

From day one I walked in the branch they are very accommodating, I don’t understand the negative reviews management is good in my opinion & manager joe is very accommodating to needs especially on the business side of banking. I recommend this branch

They have the worst management team in there they racist only cater to Spanish. I went there to open an account for my daughter they gave me a hard time and the run around, they cannot do this, cannot do that, being very difficult.I left and went to the branch in Massapequa every was done with no issues class act and very professional.PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT GO TO THAT BRANCH!!!!

Terrible squad.I deposited money into an ATM. The machine didn't accept all of my 20 dollars. A few should come back, but it stuck.They didn't make a correction!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I've been doing business with bank of America for over 15 years and never had received such a poor service like the one I received at this LOCATION. It is horrible. All their ATMs went down at the same time and my credit card stayed inside and it wouldn't come out, the screen was gone and no way to get the card out and of course I had to go inside and ask for help because I cant have a conversation with the ATM, I went inside told the teller \girl and she didnt say anything to me, no acknowledgement at all, she proceeded to call the next customer on line I was shocked I went back outside to see if I could get the card out and then went inside again to ask for help and told her again and then she was gaslighting me. She said she had told me she would get me assistant. The world is upside down instead of good service that I deserve because I am the customer and she is there to assist me instead she she is ignoring me and gaslighting me when I have to go back inside and ask her again because I was waiting and no one was telling me what was going on and nobody was telling me that someone was going to be there there to help me. What A HORRIBLE SERVICE...HORRIBLE. Have never seen anything like that at any bank of america branch

Worst bank ever, lines are always long. One teller.. they address customer service issues at the teller instead of sending customer to customer service. Cars park right in front of bank no security. Close this location!

Very unprofessional. I was told they had two notaries and one person waiting. I waited for an hour just to tell me they can't notarize my document. Zero stars.
