Overall I had a very good experience with bath fitters. It took two days to finish though not the fault of the installer.

From the revisit to the installation this was seamless. Bath Fitter employees dealt my condo board on my behalf and were courteous and knowledgeable. On top of all that .. Our bath has never looked better!
