They are the worst as a banking company, they do not refinance your car, and they do not give you an extension to give you time to pay, they are happy for you to lose your car, to take it to the audition and they like their clients to lose money, they do not have the slightest intention of negotiating with you, because they have the worst credit agents in the world... do not buy the loan there, they do not give a shit about the clients.

I used to work cleaning this bank! No type of consideration towards the cleaning crew. They each have their trash cans and they still manage to throw trash on the floor. Full cups of tea/coffee/water in the trash cans like they don't know how to empty them out.((Is that what you do at home?? ))) NO!Nasty nasty tellers they eat at their desk leaving a whole mess.... the cleaning person is not your personal maid ! It all comes down to management!I'm so glad I don't work for them anymore!

It was my first time in a chase bank, I've been a TD banker forever. There were so many people waiting to helped that besides the four people sitting there were three of us standing. I waited for about 45 minutes to see someone to open an account. The woman who helped me was very kind. I didn't get any kind of sign up bonus or incentive which I thought was weird but after waiting almost an hour I just wanted to set up my account and get out of there.
