The pharmacy for this CVS location has terrible customer service. It feels like you’re fighting to get your prescriptions or over the counter medication. They always have an issue with providing the medication you need on time. I switched my prescriptions pick up to a new CVS and I haven’t had any issues so it seems like this place IS the problem, they always try to make you the problem.

I very much enjoyed my experience shopping at CVS, Paul the manager was such a great young man who helped me with my photos. I don't have enough good things to say about him. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions. He took his time and made me feel so relieved that he was there to help me.

Update…..Never will I spend another dime with CVS, especially with this location and I will never purchase another gift card as long as I live. We purchased Visa gift cards last Christmas. The company issuing the gift card is Vanilla. One of the gift cards was compromised. It was used before it was even opened. We were told to call Vanilla, we did that. After months of investigation they did not reimburse us. They told us to go back to CVS. After months of runaround and investigation, no help. I went to the store and told the manager. He “tried to give me a refund and the “system” declined the refund. We were loyal customers.
Yet, CVS continues to let criminals steal on a regular basis with no consequence and chalk it up to “shrinkage”. Meanwhile we continue to be inconvenienced by locked up products and higher prices.
CVS your stock is down because you cater to the people ripping you off and refuse to take care of your loyal paying customers. Therefore, your stock is down almost 20% yoy and almost 30% ytd. I guess you will not learn the lessons of Rite Aid, Walgreens and Eckerds in the south.
As for me, I will no longer buy gift cards and I will stop shopping at brick and mortar chains that refuse to take care of their customers.
Was told by my credit union, do not ever use my debit card at CVS and 7-11. Not secure.

Absolutely disgusting!! This pharmacy has been getting worse and worse throughout the years. You think that with Rite Aid closing across the street and business flowing over to them that things would improve. Nope absolutely not the case. But after today enough is enough. I am done with this place. The female pharmacist there on Sat.07/06/24 at 1300hrs is completely incompetent/unknowledgeable. I wont go any further with the negativity about her to keep this review somewhat civilized. From now on I will drive over to the Amittyville Walgreens Out of my way, yes. But when I go there at least I don't have any issues.

By far the worst customer service. I think corporate needs to step in. Because this CVS has the most un- knowledgeable crew of employees. If you call, it will go unanswered for sure. This is based on the pharmacy mostly, so if you are sick, you’ll die before you can get your meds.Go job HR,CVS should reevaluate whom is hired in that department too.

The worst pharmacy ever!!! Don’t bother wasting your time going there. Everyone behind the counter is all absolutely ditzy and clueless. They just hire anyone without the proper qualifications to work there handling peoples medications.Except for Laura the pharmacist there - everyone is worthless.Pathetic

First time in this pharmacy since I am new to this area. Waited over 45 min with a sick baby in my arms for their amoxicillin. Would have liked for someone to tell me to come back later. Now trying to call the pharmacy the next day about the prescription and I’ve been hold for 30 min and no one has answered. Very poor management.

I like the pharmacy only bad reviews is THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE!! You call an wait to you get disconnected after 3 minutes.
