I want to express how happy I am to have found Julia beauty salon. I felt very good with the treatment I received and also their work is very beautiful, they dry the hair very beautifully. I have fine and silky hair, but easy to break if not handled carefully. I forgot the name of the girl who washed me, but she scrubbed my scalp well and patiently untangled me without breaking a single strand. She made me the rollers and the lady, I think she's the owner, gave me the blower. I am very picky when it comes to my hair because I take great care of it and I like to be cared for equally while being handled. I felt that Julia did care about doing a nice job as well as the well-being and satisfaction of her clients. They offered me coffee and treated me very kindly, nothing typical in Dominican salons, I say this from experience of having visited many and because I am Dominican and I know my people. But this salon is highly recommended, exceptional attention, hospitality, and special care. The prices are also very affordable.

Hair looked amazing by the end of it, but my hair and scalp was burned in the process. My stylist checked her phone, left the salon, took pictures of people who stopped by then came back to do my hair half way through. Hair looked great when I left, but the heat was too high for super wet hair. My hair now smells burnt and is falling out. I've never experienced this before. I'll never come back here. I washed my hair three times and the smell is still there.Service: Hairstyling
