Metro by T-Mobile provides improved customer service with great and helpful staff. They fix high plans and recommend improved plans. The store gives the best deals, with free home Internet, a free tablet, and a free new phone. They go above and beyond to help. However, there was a bad experience with a rude staff member, which caused a client to not return. This store has greatly improved, though during this time that person is there.
