I had an absolutely incredible experience here with Jessica. She helped me with every single detail. I was in and out quickly and she offered support afterwards as well. Shes even helping me beyond the car buying process with how to dispute some things that are incorrect in my report. Literally amazing and so helpful! Definitely recommend if you feel confused and lost with the car buying process

I'm extremely happy with my experience at this dealership! I went in with modest expectations, thinking I'd end up with a mediocre car. But, to my surprise, I drove out in a 2026 BMW X1 in excellent condition.My situation was problematic - I'd spent the last five years abroad, and I neglected my credit to the point where it's considered poor, and I wasn't very close to being in the fair range. I needed a car urgently for work though, and was desperate. Initially, Mary mentioned that I was approved for a zero down payment and a larger loan, but the reality was a bit different. I ended up with a smaller loan and a small down payment (limiting my options). Jess and Keith took the time to explain everything, considering my credit history and the fact that I'd only been working for five months in 2023. They were honest about what I could realistically afford each month, and I genuinely appreciated their transparency.Regarding the car itself, the sale price was significantly lower than CarFax's estimate, even though the car was in excellent condition (according to CarFax) with no accidents, recalls, and only two previous owners. I also checked out a couple of other cars in their inventory, all of which seemed well-maintained and in great shape.Jess, Keith, and the team were not just professional but also pleasant to work with. Special mention to Mary, who efficiently scheduled appointments and was always quick to respond. I noticed some previous reviews talking about texts from Mary, but all I can say is, give them a chance. Finding a dealership like this one is a rarity. Keep in mind, they're running a business and need to make a living, so some sales tactics are par for the course. That's the case at any dealership, especially a used car one.On the topic of multiple credit inquiries, since I see that mentioned in reviews as well, it's also part of the process. I visited a couple of other dealers who did the same thing. Usually, it's just one hard inquiry, not a bunch of them. You might see a few soft inquiries, but they won't harm your credit. It's just them trying to secure you the best deal with a reliable lender.Overall, a big thank you to LI Auto Finance. I genuinely appreciate their hard work in making sure I left as a satisfied customer with my very own car. I've already shared my positive experience with some friends in the market for a car, and now I'm more than happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dealership!

Awful customer service! I applied for a loan thru a search engine and was matched with this lender... the rates that were coming back thru the search were higher than what my own bank was giving so I decided not to proceed. I even responded to a text I received from a Mary Konyha that I was not interested and she gave me a call. On the phone she was abrupt with me about not even hearing what her rates were... so I said ok to listen, then replied I probably wouldn't proceed with her company because her tone was a little pushy and she called me an "******** and hung up! So if you prefer that kind of customer service... this is the company for you!

I have poor credit and was told I would get an auto loan approved based on my income. Then I was magically approved for $34,000 by "Mary". They ran my credit several times and tried to insure a new suv before I agreed to anything. This place isn't a reputable place! They are scammers! Please don't waste your time, energy or money coming here!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. There are not enough adjecti to describe how bad they are and how they carry out their business. They practice predatory lending, they lie to you and pressure you just to make a sale. After they are done with you, they do not even care about you as a customer. They lied to me telling me I could not make a deal where I could put down payment on a car and come back to finish the deal when I am ready. if you are new to car buying, they will throw you under a bus. Would be negative if possible. Applied online. Recieved a text that i was fully approved. Went in to check out the inventory. Received my first credit karma alert about a hard inquiry before i even spoke to anybody. They did not have a vehicle i liked. Then they pointed out one car and my reply was "thats my style" they told me that they will go inside to find the right car for me. But really they were inside putting 6 more hard inquires on my credit on a car i never actually said i wanted to purchase. Complete scam. Bbb and Suffolk county attorney general have been contacted as well as the dmv. Stay far far far away from these scammers.
