“We were in search of a last minute snowblower as ours started to see better days. Thanks to John who went above and beyond for us when we had a locked credit card issue while trying purchase online. He secured the last snowblower while were on the phone trying to fix this issue. It was refreshing to have some humanity in customer service, which tends to be almost nonexistent these days. We will definitely be back!”
“Fantastic local business. I had a clogged sink a few months ago and needed a snake to clean it out. I called them as I got out of work and they stayed open almost a half hour past closing so I could get grab it from them. They are always friendly and have anything you can get at a place like Home Depot at a better price.”

“This place is amazing! Because it's beautifully designed and organized. They have everything you can imagine (and more) yet doesn't appear cluttered. The staff are mostly older people that know and care about their products and customers. When I first walked in, I felt like I had come from a time machine and was experiencing a store setup like they were in the past, in a small town. “The Babylon store is neat, clean and uncluttered. The customer service reps are trained in paint and know their stuff. Jackie is CSR is outstanding! The SW paint products are high quality with a large color palate and I've been using them for years. Will continue to shop here versus the competitors i.e. ACE, Lowes or Home Depot. Hands down, a much better experience and helpful staff. Five stars !”
