Pets Warehouse is a very knowledgeable store, especially regarding the aquarium hobby. They have an awesome selection of fish, with a particularly great selection of marine fish. The store carries a large quantity of pet supplies, including many different types of dog and cat food and supplies. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer questions. They provide great customer service, going above and beyond to help. They are known for being very good people who offer kindness and caring. Staff members promptly notify customers about orders, provide reasonable options if something is out of stock, and help find specific items. This quality service applies both in person and for online purchases. Customers love the place and note it has so much stuff, including cats that always put a smile on their faces. While the store is smaller since moving, it remains a place with excellent service that you won't get from a big box store.
I recently went into pet warehouse, and I was immediately helped by The manager, Sam this was An exceptional experience helping me out with my pets needs. she was extremely kind, polite, and professional , It was a pleasure to have met her.
